\u201c…Why mention Sauron?\u201d gulped Hiro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cDon\u2019t even attempt to play innocent with us!\u201d hissed Megatron. \u201cSoundwave had the pair of us listen in on your conversation with Sauron about a number of elite soldiers flying the coop. Nine, to be exact.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cSauron gave the Nazg\u00fbl no such orders to leave!\u201d protested Igura. \u201cHis troops were getting bored! I only found out about it when Sauron told me about it five hours ago!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThe Nine are YOUR soldiers too,\u201d observed Dr. Borg, \u201cand that makes you and your husband responsible for them! Right now, they\u2019re starting to corrupt the very foundation of our alliance by distracting us from Caan and taking Vorton!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI can see them now,\u201d rasped Megatron, \u201cwhining to Sauron about letting off steam! Perverting his loyalties to you! I tell you, Hiro, if we don\u2019t put the brakes on the Nazg\u00fbl\u2019s activities right now, we\u2019re going to see rebellions all over the alliance! If I had my way, I\u2019d light them on fire for DARING to disobey orders! But, that is not my place. We need to bring the Nazg\u00fbl back under control, but we must do it carefully, privately, …quietly.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cSo, what are you going to do?\u201d asked Hiro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI\u2019m not doing anything,\u201d replied Megatron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cNeither will I,\u201d supplied Dr. Borg. \u201cYou, on the other hand, will tell Sauron to never mind wiping the Nazg\u00fbl\u2019s memories and stick to a beating.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWhy shouldn\u2019t he wipe their minds?\u201d asked Igura. \u201cHe\u2019s done it before when he turned them into what they are now.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cHe needs them to understand,\u201d explained Dr. Borg, \u201cthat insubordination will NOT be tolerated, not even from his favorite soldiers.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAnd they can\u2019t really learn,\u201d supplied Megatron, \u201cif they\u2019re functioning on false memories.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWhy should I listen to you?\u201d demanded Hiro. \u201cYou\u2019ve always been against my decisions from the start.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI can get you a Decepticon soldier that will be a perfect yes-man,\u201d offered Megatron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWell then, you\u2019ve got a deal,\u201d agreed Hiro as he held out his hand. Megatron took the hand and they shook on the deal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cNow, where would they go?\u201d asked Megatron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Optimus was at the firing range practicing his shooting. He was using a rifle instead of his usual magic gun as he felt there would come a time where he wouldn\u2019t have it on hand. After his time with it was up, he set it down and reactivated his audio receivers. He then heard someone clearing their throat and turned to see Richard. \u201cTarget practice?\u201d guessed Richard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cMaking sure I\u2019m not subpar with other weapons,\u201d elaborated Optimus. \u201cWhat\u2019s up?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWe\u2019ve finished our sensor sweep of Chun-nan,\u201d replied Richard as he handed Optimus a human-sized pad. Optimus activated a connector within his hand and read the data, frowning in the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cOh, fascinating,\u201d he grumbled. \u201cNothing indicating a Temporal Stop from the Ark<\/em>, nothing indicating a Temporal Stop from the ARK, nothing indicating a Temporal Stop from the Blue Typhoon<\/em>, and nothing indicating a Temporal Stop from the Fang<\/em>. Well, we\u2019re getting closer to reuniting you with your wife on \u2018Vorton\u2019 at a rapid pace.\u201d He handed Richard the pad back after disconnecting from it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cOptimus, why DON\u2019T you believe in Vorton?\u201d asked Richard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cLet\u2019s just say, I have all the proof I need to believe you\u2019re from another universe,\u201d answered Optimus, \u201cI\u2019m just lacking in solid proof that Vorton exists. There are MANY legends about Vorton, most of them being bedtime stories Ironhide and Mom told me before I became Prime. Some have said it\u2019s the center of a vast empire while others say it\u2019s nothing but atoms now.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cIt ain\u2019t atoms, I can assure you,\u201d replied Richard. Just then, the comms rang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cGo ahead,\u201d directed Optimus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cWe\u2019re getting some readings of conflict between MECH and nine motorcycle riders in black,\u201d reported Teletraan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cA biker gang?\u201d asked Optimus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cWho\u2019s MECH?\u201d asked Richard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cMechanically Efficient Champions of Humanity,\u201d answered Optimus. \u201cA human-only terrorist group that hates Mobians for\u2026\u201d he almost choked on finishing the explanation \u201c\u2018daring to rob humans of their technological dominance.\u2019 Primus, I almost barfed at saying that!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cI wasn\u2019t exactly feeling steady on my feet at hearing it,\u201d groaned Richard. \u201cHow can a terrorist group lose against a nine-man biker gang?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cWell, I\u2019m willing to find out,\u201d declared Optimus. \u201cWanna come with?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cSure,\u201d replied Richard as he fastened his belt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cVortex Driver!\u201d it announced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cLet me just get changed first,\u201d continued Richard as he inserted his i.d. tag. \u201cI foresee gunfire in the future. Henshin!\u201d He spun the wheel and became Kamen Rider Guard. \u201cLet\u2019s go!\u201d Optimus and Guard headed off to the Ground Bridge and saw Swalmu and Twaldar waiting there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cMight I ask what you\u2019re doing?\u201d asked Optimus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cHelping to earn our keep,\u201d explained Swalmu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cWe\u2019ve been sitting on our rears since we got here,\u201d continued Twaldar. \u201cFrankly, as someone who\u2019s been fighting all his life, I\u2019m antsy when I don\u2019t exercise my combat skills.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cAnd I have been occasionally checking on Ms. Barmek and her prisoners,\u201d supplied Swalmu. \u201cThat\u2019s all very well and good, but I need to defend the Queen on occasion, even if she\u2019s not one of my Queens specifically.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cOne of your\u2026never mind,\u201d declared Optimus. \u201cIf you guys are sure, then let\u2019s get moving. Teletraan, the Ground Bridge.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cOne Ground Bridge to MECH territory, coming up,\u201d announced Teletraan. The Ground Bridge opened and Optimus transformed. His holo-form opened the cockpit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cHop in!\u201d he called. Guard and Swalmu sat in the seats on each side while Twaldar sat behind Swalmu. The cockpit closed and Optimus sped off through the Ground Bridge. They arrived in Central Spagonia, Stuttgart, Germany, to use our old maps. Everyone climbed out of the cockpit and took cover when they heard gunfire. There were, indeed, nine motorcycle riders. They had long left their bikes and were attacking masked soldiers with a metal M on their shoulders surrounded by the teeth of a gear. \u201cThere\u2019s MECH!\u201d hissed Optimus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cI feel an older gentleman among the crowd,\u201d remarked Swalmu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cMust be the current Silas, the Ex-Commander of G.U.N, Abraham Tower,\u201d growled Optimus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cHow could you \u2018feel\u2019 an older man there?\u201d asked Guard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cThis cloud is more than a mere dress,\u201d explained Swalmu. \u201cI\u2019ll tell you all about our creation myth later. Right now, there\u2019s something puzzling about the riders.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cA sense of nothingness within the suits and helmets?\u201d asked Twaldar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cExactly,\u201d replied Swalmu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201c\u2026It can\u2019t be,\u201d muttered Guard. Just then, they saw the leader of the MECH battalion, Tower in his Silas persona, stab the leader of the riders. The rider stopped his punch and looked down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cTake that, you animal lover,\u201d growled Silas. Then\u2026it happened. The leader of the nine riders\u2026laughed!<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cOld fool!\u201d rasped the rider. \u201cThis is my hour. Do you not know death when you see it?\u201d He slammed his fist into Silas\u2019 gut and winded him as he took the knife out of his body and drew his own. \u201cI suppose we could use a lesser Wraith,\u201d declared the rider as he raised the knife.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cA Morgul blade!\u201d yelped Guard. \u201cIt\u2019s the Nazg\u00fbl!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cBut, the Nine usually wear robes and ride horses! Not motorcycles!\u201d gulped Optimus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cIt looks like things have changed,\u201d declared Swalmu as he opened his fan and gathered wind about it. \u201cTwamal!\u201d he shouted as he sliced the air with the fan and sent the wind at the Witch-king, knocking him off his feet before the Morgul-blade pierced Silas. The Witch-king\u2019s compatriots saw this and shrieked before drawing their swords.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cYou should have stayed dead!\u201d snarled Guard as he drew his sword. The Witch-king recovered and attacked. Unfortunately, he drew his massive mace and swung it into Guard. Swalmu then took folded his fan and extended a short blade from it. \u201cSwalmu, no!\u201d warned Guard. \u201cNo living man can kill him!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cI think my dress can fool him!\u201d replied Swalmu as he stabbed the Witch-king.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201c\u2026You should have listened to him!\u201d hissed the Witch-king. He then grabbed Swalmu by the neck and threw him aside. Optimus fired on the rest of the Nazg\u00fbl as Twaldar used a strength-enhancing spell to hurl a massive boulder towards the Witch-king.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cForgive me, Silas,\u201d called a MECH soldier, \u201cbut I believe it to be wise for you to remove your august presence from the battlefield!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cRetreat, you mean!\u201d snarled Silas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cI hope I\u2019m not out of line for suggesting such a thing!\u201d replied the MECH soldier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201c\u2026WITHDRAW!\u201d ordered Silas. MECH then moved from the battlefield. Regretfully, it didn\u2019t escape the Nazg\u00fbl\u2019s notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cSlay them!\u201d ordered the Witch-king.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cBack off, Witchy!\u201d shouted Richard as he blocked the Nazg\u00fbl\u2019s pursuit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cCome not between the Nazg\u00fbl and his prey!\u201d warned the Witch-king. \u201cOr he will not slay thee in thy turn! He will bear thee away to the Houses of Lamentation, beyond all darkness, where thy flesh shall be devoured\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201c\u2026 \u2018and thy shriveled mind be left naked to the Lidless Eye,\u2019 I\u2019ve read that passage and watched the cartoon version of that speech!\u201d snapped Guard. \u201cThat\u2019s just after a woman stabs you in the head!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cHiro predicted that would happen,\u201d remarked the Witch-king, \u201cthus advised Sauron to upgrade my armor in that regard.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cSo, you\u2019re protected against women, I see,\u201d muttered Guard. \u201cI had some women that could really give you a headache.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cPerhaps, you can still get them,\u201d called a voice. Everyone turned to see Woz approach them. \u201cSo, this is the moment where you begin to return to your wife as predicted.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cI\u2019m sorry, who are you?\u201d asked the Witch-king.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cJust a humble prophet sent by the Queen from 45 years into the future to give Swalmu and Twaldar these,\u201d replied Woz as he produced a pillow with a pair of Chronicle Drivers on them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cUs?!\u201d yelped Twaldar. \u201cYou want us to be Kamen Riders?!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cI\u2019m ensuring the timeline is on its correct course,\u201d answered Woz. \u201cThe question is, will you accept?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cSwalmu, Twaldar, I beg you,\u201d advised Guard, \u201cconsider what you\u2019re doing!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201c\u2026I\u2019m in!\u201d declared Swalmu as he took one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cAs am I!\u201d announced Twaldar as he took the other. They then fastened the belts to their waists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cChronicle Driver!\u201d they announced. They then took out Armor Auto-bios and inserted them into the shelves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cHenshin!\u201d they called before pressing the shelves into the buckles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cOpen! Turn! Imagine!\u201d proclaimed the belts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cThe Fan of Nimbus!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cThe Morningstar of Terra!\u201d Swalmu\u2019s armor had a distinct cloudy feel to it and Twaldar\u2019s armor was based off of ancient Elf armor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cKamen Rider Nimbus!\u201d called Swalmu. \u201cThere\u2019s a storm of defeat heading your way!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cKamen Rider Terra!\u201d announced Twaldar. \u201cThe earth shall swallow you whole!\u201d Swalmu, now Nimbus, summoned a fan and opened it, revealing blades, and slashing it across the Witch-king\u2019s front. Twaldar, now Terra, summoned a Morningstar and bashed it atop the Witch-king\u2019s head. The Witch-king massaged his scalp in an attempt to clear the dizziness from his head.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cI\u2019d like to see you try that again!\u201d snarled the Easterling Nazg\u00fbl. They did exactly that to him. \u201cBy the Ring, they did it,\u201d slurred the Easterling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cIWAE!\u201d (Rejoice!) called Woz. \u201cThe new Chronicle Riders who shall make the Feudal Nerd Society stronger! The Riders from a world once remote! And their names are Kamen Rider Nimbus and Kamen Rider Terra! This is the moment where the Nazg\u00fbl are driven back!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cThere aren\u2019t any women to do so!\u201d snarled the Witch-king once he recovered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cWhat about me?\u201d rasped a voice. For once, the Nazg\u00fbl quaked in their boots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cWhy, Master Sauron!\u201d squeaked the Witch-king. \u201cWhat a surprise!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cDon\u2019t even attempt to suck up to me!\u201d growled Sauron. \u201cYou were given strict instructions to remain in Minas Morgul! What are you even wearing?!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cIt\u2019s, er, leather, Master,\u201d gulped the Witch-king. \u201cYou see, most metal, wheeled, horse-riders of many universes wear such material to\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cI don\u2019t want to hear it!\u201d roared Sauron. \u201cReturn to Minas Morgul at once and await my command!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cYes, My Dread Sauron!\u201d whimpered the Witch-king. A rift opened for everyone and Sauron looked back at the Kamen Riders and their Prime ally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cAs for you,\u201d he warned, \u201cI will see you again when this truce between us and your wife is over!\u201d He followed the Nazg\u00fbl into the rift and it closed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201c\u2026Er, can anyone tell me what just happened?\u201d asked Guard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cI believe the Enemy has disciplined his forces,\u201d remarked Nimbus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cThey will remain in Minas Morgul to contemplate their failure in obeying my orders to remain!\u201d Sauron reported to Hiro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cGood to know,\u201d replied Hiro. \u201cKeep me posted. Hiro out.\u201d He ended the call. \u201cWell, that was a tense moment.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cThat is how one disciplines their troops,\u201d remarked Megatron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cYeah, well, it doesn\u2019t speak well of\u2026\u201d Hiro trailed off as he heard a noise. He and Megatron then followed the noise and saw Rumble fighting a Shocker Rift Combatman and Jansha! The two commanders then intervened and physically restrained their respective soldiers. Dr. Borg came in and then held Jansha back before she could strike her restrained opponents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cENOUGH!\u201d roared Megatron. \u201cANYONE DECIDES TO THROW ANOTHER PUNCH, THEY WILL ANSWER TO ME! WHO STARTED THIS?!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201c\u2026I did,\u201d replied Rumble as he stopped struggling in Megatron\u2019s fist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cI came in second,\u201d continued Jansha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cAnd I came last,\u201d finished the Combatman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cYou?\u201d hissed Hiro. \u201cYou knew my orders!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cI offer no excuses,\u201d gulped the Combatman. Hiro then got behind him and leveled his gun at the back of the poor Combatman\u2019s head. \u201cShocker gundan banzai!\u201d (Long live the Shocker Army!) gulped the Combatman before Hiro pulled the trigger. The Combatman fell dead once the shot rang out. Hiro then turned to Megatron and Dr. Borg, their jaws open at the stark barbarism they had witnessed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cWell?\u201d asked Hiro. \u201cKill them and be done with it!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201c\u2026Rumble, when not on duty,\u201d ordered Megatron, \u201cyou are confined to quarters until the true with Megumi is finished.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cThe same applies to you,\u201d Dr. Borg told Jansha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cYes, Lord Megatron,\u201d gulped Rumble as he was let down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cUnderstood, Mother,\u201d mumbled Jansha as she and Rumble left for their quarters. Dr. Borg then looked at the crowd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cLet\u2019s break this up,\u201d she hissed. \u201cEveryone, to your quarters or duty stations, it makes little difference to me. Either way, this room WILL be cleared! \u2026NOW!\u201d The crowd dispersed, leaving only Hiro, Megatron, and Dr. Borg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cDo you two honestly call that discipline?\u201d asked Hiro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cA dead soldier does not learn from their mistakes,\u201d remarked Megatron. \u201cI don\u2019t take pleasure in killing, like you do.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cYou believe I enjoyed that?\u201d argued Hiro. \u201cTadashi was Commander of the Black Battalion. He served me for five years. I valued him.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cYou have an\u2026interesting way of showing that,\u201d muttered Dr. Borg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cI did what needed to be done, what ANY commander would do!\u201d insisted Hiro. \u201cI placed the good of my empire above my personal feelings. Any soldier that doesn\u2019t follow orders is a danger to the empire and must be removed and replaced.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cStarscream is the most dangerous to my command,\u201d mused Megatron, \u201cbut if I killed him over a simple breach of discipline like this, then I would be a danger to my own command. My soldiers would stop trusting me and, quite frankly, a good commander cannot fault them for that.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cYou are weak,\u201d remarked Hiro. \u201cYou should have died in his place.
