While preparations for the 3V2R were going on, Megatron, Dr. Borg, and their respective organizations as well as Shocker Rift, had regrouped in Megatron\u2019s universe, the Decepticon\/Eggman moon base, to be exact. Megatron looked out the window of his office and saw the various ships hanging in the sky. His processor was stuck in a loop about what happened on Vorton. He snapped out of his thoughts when he heard the door chime. \u201cEnter,\u201d he rasped. A hefty-looking Decepticon stomped in as Dr. Borg flew past him and landed on Megatron\u2019s desk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201c2nd<\/sup> Lieutenant Quake Hammer, reporting for duty,\u201d boomed the new Decepticon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cWelcome,\u201d greeted Megatron. \u201cI\u2019ll make this brief; I need you for an exchange.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cSir?\u201d asked Quake Hammer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cOne of our allies, Hiro,\u201d explained Megatron, \u201cis being held prisoner by the Autobots. You are on the DJD\u2019s list for desertion under fire back in the first war, so we will have a prisoner exchange. You get to avoid a visit from the DJD and we get our ally back.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cUnderstood, sir,\u201d replied Quake Hammer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cDismissed,\u201d directed Megatron. Megatron cycled air through his olfactory apparatus to try and steady his temper. \u201cSoundwave, give Eggman top surveillance priority,\u201d he ordered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cAs you command, Megatron,\u201d replied Soundwave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cAnd I\u2019m saying it\u2019s the flow regulator!\u201d Lukas argued with Liam. \u201cWe\u2019ve been over this!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cWhat we\u2019ve been over, Laddie,\u201d replied Liam, \u201cis that the flow regulator has been replaced a dozen times and the problem STILL hasn\u2019t been fixed!
