The ship Megumi and her alliance had obtained was twice the size of the Ark<\/em> and was designed for life-forms of all sizes to work on it. It had a cloaking device on it and was christened the Starwalker<\/em>. After a round of rock-paper-scissors, Optimus won the right to be the Captain of the vessel. Megumi and Arsha were both First Officers as Death manned Tactical. Tanisha ran the helm and Shalvey was the Communications Officer. Ratchet was the CMO, as usual, and Jandro was Chief Engineer while Bashoon and Sonic were on Security Detail. The Starwalker<\/em> had entered the outer fringes of Mobius\u2019 solar system. \u201cActivate the Cloak,\u201d ordered Optimus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cCloaking device is functioning within normal parameters,\u201d reported Tanisha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cSet a course for the rendezvous point, all available speed,\u201d directed Optimus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cCourse laid in,\u201d replied Tanisha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEngage,\u201d ordered Optimus. \u201cDeath, keep an eye out for War\u2019s ships.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAye, Sir,\u201d answered Death. Arsha, Shalvey, and Bashoon looked around the vessel, feeling uneasy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cCaptain,\u201d Bashoon whispered to Arsha, \u201cI speak for Shalvey and Jandro when I say that cloaking devices aren\u2019t exactly legal additions to a ship in our world.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cYou\u2019re right,\u201d Arsha whispered back, \u201cbut we\u2019re not in our world. Besides, there are plenty of enemy ships between us and Megatron\u2019s alliance and we need to make that rendezvous in one piece.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWell, I won\u2019t tell Realmfleet and the Goblin Imperium if you don\u2019t,\u201d chuckled Bashoon. Arsha winked and grinned. They had just passed Jupiter when a reading came through on Tactical.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI\u2019m detecting some debris,\u201d reported Death. \u201c200 meters off the starboard bow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cTanisha, drop us to one-quarter impulse,\u201d directed Optimus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDropping to one-quarter impulse,\u201d reported Tanisha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe debris appears to match that of Shocker Rift saucers,\u201d answered Death.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOn screen,\u201d ordered Optimus. The debris of Shocker Rift Saucers then appeared on the screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAre there any survivors?\u201d asked Ratchet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIt\u2019s possible,\u201d replied Tanisha, \u201cbut it\u2019s impossible to tell unless we decloak and use our sensors.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI advise against that,\u201d urged Death. \u201cIt\u2019s possible that War left some of her fleet to cloak and lie in wait.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThat\u2019s not honorable,\u201d scoffed Arsha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWhen she\u2019s on a campaign,\u201d muttered Death, \u201cnothing is more honorable to War than victory.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201c…Tanisha, keep us at one-quarter impulse,\u201d directed Optimus, \u201cuntil we clear the wreckage, then take us to warp for the rendezvous point.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOptimus, if there ARE survivors…!\u201d argued Ratchet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI\u2019m sorry, Ratchet, we can\u2019t run that risk,\u201d replied Optimus, the callousness of his necessary order stinging his Spark. \u201cWe HAVE to reach Megatron.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

The journey lasted for four hours as Optimus checked Main Engineering. After the hours had passed, Optimus chided himself for lurking in the shadows and, most likely, putting Jandro on edge. He returned to the bridge. \u201cWhat\u2019s our status?\u201d he asked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe\u2019re approaching the rendezvous,\u201d reported Tanisha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOptimus, there\u2019s weapons fire ahead of us!\u201d warned Death. \u201cThree of War\u2019s ships are attacking the Dominus<\/em>! It\u2019s severely damaged!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI\u2019m getting a transmission on all frequencies,\u201d called Shalvey. \u201cAudio only. It\u2019s a distress call.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cPut it through,\u201d ordered Optimus. The call was garbled, but explained the Dominus<\/em>\u2019 status well enough for all to understand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cTh…i…egatr…on board the…inus<\/em>!…ip is un…vy fi…! …e ha…wea…nd…lds are…I don\u2019t…!\u201d The voice belonged to Megatron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe\u2019re in visual range,\u201d called Death.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOn screen,\u201d directed Optimus. The Dominus<\/em> was being fired upon at all sides by three of War\u2019s ships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOrders?\u201d asked Death.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201c…Ready weapons,\u201d decided Optimus, \u201cdrop the cloak, and raise shields. We\u2019re going in.\u201d The Starwalker<\/em> then shimmered into view.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

\u201cWar!\u201d called Quake Hammer. \u201cA vessel just decloaked off our port aft!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cCan you identify it?\u201d asked War.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAll I have is a message from the vessel ordering us to break off our attack,\u201d replied Quake Hammer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cTell it to stick its nose elsewhere,\u201d ordered War. \u201cSkyfall, continue with the assault.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAye, Ma\u2019am,\u201d replied Skyfall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThey\u2019re not disengaging,\u201d reported Quake Hammer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cFire warning shot,\u201d directed War. Quake Hammer obeyed. \u201cAny luck?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe\u2019re getting an audio message,\u201d answered Quake Hammer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cPut it through,\u201d sighed War, annoyance creeping into her skull.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe crew of the Dominus<\/em> is under our protection!\u201d called Optimus\u2019 voice. \u201cWithdraw or your vessels will be destroyed!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWhat are you doing defending them?!\u201d demanded War. \u201cThey\u2019re the enemy!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cYou\u2019re pursuing a wild theory,\u201d answered Optimus. \u201cWithdraw at…\u201d War ended communications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cFire on that ship!\u201d she barked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

\u201cI find it unlikely War\u2019s going to…\u201d Death was interrupted as weapons fire rocked the ship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI see your point,\u201d replied Optimus. \u201cLet\u2019s show her what she\u2019s up against! Attack pattern Omega! Target the ships\u2019 engines!\u201d The ship turned towards one of War\u2019s ships and fired on its rear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe Dominus<\/em> is hailing us,\u201d reported Shalvey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOn screen,\u201d ordered Optimus. Megatron\u2019s face appeared.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWelcome to the party,\u201d he greeted. \u201cI trust things are going well?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cBetter than your end, evidently,\u201d remarked Optimus. \u201cPrepare for emergency beam-out.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cCan your ship even take that much of a pounding?\u201d asked Megatron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe\u2019re gonna have to learn together,\u201d replied Optimus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI suppose we have no choice,\u201d sighed Megatron. \u201cI\u2019ll meet you on the ship. Megatron out.\u201d The call ended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cPrime, restricting our fire to their engines has proven ineffective!\u201d called Death.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThey ARE drone ships, Prime,\u201d suggested Arsha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIf that\u2019s the case,\u201d declared Optimus, \u201cdestroy them.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cGot it,\u201d confirmed Death as she keyed in commands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cRatchet, prepare to receive casualties,\u201d directed Optimus over the comms. \u201cHave Sonic and Bashoon standing by. I want our guests to undergo mental checks.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cUnderstood,\u201d replied Ratchet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cMental checks?\u201d asked Megumi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cJust in case War was right,\u201d explained Optimus. The ship rocked as War\u2019s vessel fired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cPrime, it\u2019s going to take two minutes to evacuate the Dominus<\/em>,\u201d estimated Tanisha. \u201cEven with our thicker hull armor, I don\u2019t think we\u2019ll last that long when our shields are down.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cSpeaking of,\u201d muttered War, \u201cshields at 30%.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDeath, modulate a tractor beam to deflect some of War\u2019s weapons fire,\u201d directed Optimus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cTaking a cue from Star Trek<\/em>, are we?\u201d muttered Death as she obeyed. To her surprise, it worked. \u201cWell, how about that?\u201d chuckled Death.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThank you, Worf,\u201d bid Optimus to the heavens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cTransports are underway,\u201d reported Jandro over the comms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWhat\u2019s our status?\u201d asked Optimus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cPrime, this is Megatron,\u201d came another voice. \u201cHiro\u2019s still on the Dominus<\/em>! We need, at least, another minute!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cLooks like we\u2019re going to find out how much of a pounding this ship can take,\u201d muttered Optimus grimly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWar\u2019s ships have almost closed to point blank range!\u201d called Death. Her ships fired and made the Starwalker<\/em> lurch violently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe\u2019ve lost our armor!\u201d reported Tanisha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cPrime, we\u2019ve got plasma leaks on decks two and five!\u201d Jandro relayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOptimus, we\u2019re all aboard,\u201d answered Megatron, \u201cbut War\u2019s beamed over one of her allies!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI\u2019ll get them off the ship!\u201d declared Megumi as she brought out her i.d. tag and fastened the Vortex Driver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cVortex Driver!\u201d it called. Megumi then took out her Ascendant and pressed the button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAscendancy!\u201d it announced. She then inserted the i.d. tag, then the Ascendant. She folded the Ascendant over the wheel. \u201cAll set!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHenshin!\u201d she proclaimed. She pressed the button and the wheels spun, forming her armor first, then coloring it silver with gold trim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cFull Ascendance!\u201d called the Ascendant. When she completed the transformation to Kamen Rider Royal: Ascendant Base, she charged to Megatron\u2019s position and met Gai Amatsu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI\u2019ve read about you!\u201d she hissed as she pulled out another i.d. tag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAnd I\u2019ve heard about you,\u201d chuckled Gai as he pulled out a silver buckle and set it to his waist. It formed a waist strap and fastened itself to him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThousandriver!\u201d it announced. He then pulled out a Zetsumerise Key and inserted it into the left of the buckle. \u201cZetsumetsu Evolution,\u201d droned the buckle. He pulled out a Progrise key and pressed the button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cBreak Horn!\u201d The key opened by itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHenshin,\u201d announced Gai. He then inserted the opened Progrise key into the right of the buckle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cPerfectrise! When the five horns cross, the golden soldier, Thouser, is born. Presented by ZAIA.\u201d A mechanical Caucasus beetle crossed its three horns with that of a mechanical version of an Arsinoitherium, a common ancestor of elephants that look like rhinos with two horns. The two mechanical animals then fused into a golden suit and armor with the horns becoming a crown for the purple-eyed helmet. With the transformation finished, Gai was now in his Rider form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cKamen Rider Thouser. My power is on a totally different level,\u201d introduced Gai, Kamen Rider Thouser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe\u2019ll see!\u201d hissed Royal. \u201cKamen Rider Royal! Evil will ultimately bow to me!\u201d The two Riders drew their weapons as Sonic and Bashoon led everyone else away from the fight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

\u201cRoyal\u2019s engaged with War\u2019s ally,\u201d reported Death.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cRaise shields!\u201d ordered Optimus. \u201cActivate the cloak!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI\u2019m not getting any response from the cloaking device!\u201d replied Tanisha. \u201cIt\u2019s not working!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWell, that\u2019s going to make the trip more interesting!\u201d muttered Optimus. \u201cSet a course for the fallback universe in a way that we can shake War! Maximum speed!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

\u201cThey\u2019re getting away!\u201d hissed War.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cGai\u2019s on that ship,\u201d replied Skyfall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWell, he\u2019d better deliver them to me!\u201d snarled War. \u201cAll ships, pursuit course!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

\u201cThey\u2019re following this ship, if things are going according to War\u2019s scenario,\u201d laughed Thouser. Royal tried to get a hit on him, but was being blocked at every opportunity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWell, since I got it,\u201d mused Royal. She then set an i.d. tag into the Ascendant and selected a form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAscendance: Zero One MetalCluster Hopper!\u201d called the Ascendant. The voice of the Zero One Driver then played the jingle as a silver version of Zero One appeared before turning into silver mist and becoming armor for Royal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cSecret material: Hiden Metal! MetalCluster Hopper! It’s high quality!\u201d Thouser laughed when the transformation finished.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cFool!\u201d he proclaimed. \u201cYou\u2019ll be overwhelmed by Satellite Ark\u2019s truth! You know humans are a malicious bunch! You\u2019ll act according to its will!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cYou sure?\u201d asked Royal. Thouser gasped in surprise, giving Royal the opening she needed to drive her knee into his chest. As he was winded, Royal shoved him into a pod and programmed coordinates into it. She left the pod as it shut the door and left the ship. She then headed to a comm on the wall and signaled for the bridge. The call connected. \u201cThouser\u2019s gone,\u201d she reported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cGood to hear,\u201d replied Optimus. \u201cBy the way, everyone\u2019s undergone mental checks. Caan hasn\u2019t been anywhere near their minds.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cGood to know,\u201d sighed Royal as she took out the Ascendant and her i.d. tag, reverting back to Megumi. \u201cI\u2019ll be up there straightaway. How\u2019s the cloak working?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe lost it,\u201d answered Optimus. \u201cJandro\u2019s fixing it right now. Once it\u2019s done, we\u2019re cloaking and shaking War off our tail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cGood to hear,\u201d replied Megumi as she made her way to the bridge. When she entered it, Megatron and Sonic arrived as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOptimus, kindly tell the blue rat,\u201d growled Megatron, \u201cthat he doesn\u2019t need to watch my every move! It\u2019s making me uncomfortable!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDid you get that?\u201d asked Megumi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cRichard will have undeniable proof that you won,\u201d replied Optimus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201c…And what does your husband have to do with this?\u201d asked Megatron, irritated that he was missing a joke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cRichard bet me,\u201d explained Megumi, \u201cthat you would thank us for the rescue before you complained. He lost and he\u2019s going to be wearing a green version of my dress for a year now, complete with hairpiece.\u201d Megatron\u2019s attention was then grabbed by Death\u2019s presence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cMuch as I wish to laugh at your husband for losing his dignity like that,\u201d he muttered, assuring her he DID pay attention, \u201care you aware that you have one of the Horsemen on your bridge?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cShe\u2019s not the Horseman you should be worried about,\u201d replied Optimus. \u201cSwitch to aft view. Maximum magnification.\u201d War\u2019s ships appeared in pursuit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201c…Not that I wish to tell you how to fly this ship,\u201d mused Megatron, \u201cI\u2019d suggest engaging your cloak at once.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe lost it during the rescue,\u201d explained Tanisha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cBridge, this is Jandro!\u201d called the vampire\u2019s voice over the comms. \u201cTry the cloak now!\u201d Tanisha did so and smiled at the results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe cloak\u2019s working again!\u201d she happily reported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

\u201cThey\u2019re cloaking!\u201d called Skyfall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cTrack them!\u201d ordered War. Skyfall keyed in commands, but nothing happened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cCheap, stupid, so-called upgrades!\u201d she snarled. \u201cI can\u2019t track them! Primitive garbage from that five-horned idiot!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cSpeak of the devil,\u201d remarked Quake Hammer. \u201cHe\u2019s calling us. His pod\u2019s made it to his home, right outside the ZAIA Enterprise Japan HQ building.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cPut him through!\u201d growled War. Gai appeared on screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWar, I require a pick-up,\u201d he requested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cYou failed to bring me a single member of the Dominus<\/em>\u2019 crew!\u201d roared War. \u201cYour \u2018upgrades\u2019 couldn\u2019t track a ship while cloaked! Your arrogance cost us victory! Stay there and rot! Your technology and company has failed me! With the HumaGear army at my disposal, I can do so much more! I WILL! I won\u2019t make any more deals with you, you primitive, 0% meat-sack!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cNow, you see here!\u201d snapped Gai before War severed communications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe can head to Vorton and…!\u201d suggested Skyfall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI can\u2019t say that\u2019s a good idea,\u201d interjected Quake Hammer. \u201cWe\u2019ve lost too much fuel and our weapons and shields are recharging.\u201d War drew in a breath, held it, then released it when she decided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
