The group was outside a large construct, waiting for the Ground Bridge to deposit the team to retrieve the Emerald. The portal opened to deposit Bumblebee, Cliffjumper, Cosmos, Rodimus, Amy, Espio, and Cosmo. A Red Gazelle woman stepped up to greet them. \u201cWelcome to Mazuri,\u201d she greeted. \u201cI am Adamma.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cNice to meet you,\u201d returned Rodimus. \u201cI trust that ship\u2019s the reason why you asked meet us at these coordinates.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cSo far, local scientists think it\u2019s Cybertronian,\u201d explained Adamma, \u201cbut there are a few who say it might be from another race entirely. Mobius has had a few alien visitors aside from the Transformers, so we must be sure.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThen I\u2019ll leave you to it.\u201d Adamma turned to her group and ordered everyone to move out. She then turned back to the allies, handing the Chaos Emerald to Amy. \u201cGood luck!\u201d The group then left the area, leaving the Autobots and their friends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cShould we even be messing with it?\u201d asked Amy. \u201cThere might be some radiation.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThis things been buried for a long time,\u201d remarked Cosmos. \u201cWhatever radiation was there is probably gone. Let\u2019s open it.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cDON\u2019T TOUCH THAT!\u201d shrieked a well-known voice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThat guy could be heard in the vacuum of space!\u201d hissed Bumblebee as everyone turned to see Starscream, Buzzsaw, and Swindle. \u201cYou\u2019re not getting your talons on it!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThe way I see it, you Autobots have a choice!\u201d answered Starscream. \u201cYou can either keep the Emerald and lose the ship or keep the ship and lose the Emerald. Choose wisely.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cHow about Option C, we keep both!\u201d challenged Rodimus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cNot an option, I\u2019m afraid!\u201d Starscream leveled his weapons and fired. The allies rolled out of the way, making Starscream\u2019s shots tear a hole into the hull. It was a large enough hole for Transformers to get into the ship. \u201cDecepticons, cover me!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cBACK OFF! THOSE PROTOFORMS ARE MINE!\u201d called a shrill voice. Something then dashed into the ship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWhat in?!\u201d spluttered Cosmo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAfter it!\u201d declared Amy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cCome back here!\u201d shouted Starscream. Everyone followed the thing into the ship. Judging by the lighting, it was safe to assume that the ship had been on emergency power for some time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAlert! Alert!\u201d warned the computer. \u201cUnidentified life-forms detected! Reactivating crew-bot!\u201d A Mini-con stasis plate then dropped from a tube before it glowed and changed into a Mini-con. It was a mech with a race car spoiler on his chest and the hood became his feet while the rear wheels were his shoulders. He was white with blue highlights and had the symbol of the Cyclone Mini-con faction on his chest. His expression was a groggy one. \u201cCrew-bot Zapmaster\u2026!\u201d called the computer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cEnnerzholisissss,\u201d slurred the Mini-con, Zapmaster. A small cube of Energolisis was poured for him. He took the cube and sipped the contents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cCrew-bot Zapmaster, there is a matter that\u2026!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cProtocol, first things first.\u201d Zapmaster was now a little more awake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cStarscream?! Hey! There\u2019s some good news! Computer, activate ship-wide comms and accept replies.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cUnderstood.\u201d A mike popped up and Zapmaster leaned into it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cGood day, everyone!\u201d he began. The intruders looked around. \u201cI can see from security footage that you guys thought this ship didn\u2019t have a crew. Well, it\u2019s only got one Mini-con and it\u2019s one that one of you should be familiar with. Ain\u2019t that right, Star-boy?\u201d Starscream then felt a feeling of recognition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cZapmaster?!\u201d he called.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cIn the steel, baby! Now, on to brass tacks. First off, we\u2019ve got ourselves a Scraplet on board. Now, for the time being, I\u2019m willing to overlook the Autobot intruders and their organic pets until we deal with this problem. After that, I want to make it totally clear that you aren\u2019t welcome. I jumped through a lot of hoops to get here and I\u2019m not prepared to suffer Autobots on my ship! This protoform consignment is meant for the Decepticons, so leave them! For now, I\u2019m beaming freezer guns over to your positions.\u201d He keyed in a command before he grabbed his own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cSmart move, runt!\u201d taunted a shrill voice. Zapmaster turned to see the Scraplet on the top of the door\u2019s threshold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cCome here, buggy! Just wanna keep things cool!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cYeah, not happening until I get the protoforms!\u201d Zapmaster\u2019s optics flickered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cDid you just\u2026talk?!\u201d The Scraplet then took off along the ceiling. \u201cHEY! COME BACK!\u201d Zapmaster charged after the Scraplet, freezer gun in hand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Autobots, Decepticons, and their smaller allies met in a large chamber filled with silver bodies. They were humanoid but had no discernable features. Starscream checked the manifest and blinked. \u201c\u2026Blanks?\u201d he asked Zapmaster. \u201cYou were carrying Blanks?!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cHey, Shockwave wanted them for her Deceptidrone experiments!\u201d argued Zapmaster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cSCRAPLET DROPPING DOWN!\u201d called Bumblebee. The Scraplet then landed on the floor and jumped around, dodging the freezer gun blasts. As it jumped, it stuck its tongue out, blowing a raspberry. Bumblebee\u2019s raised eyebrow mirrored everyone else\u2019s. \u201cOkay, since when do Scraplets do that?!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cYou think that\u2019s weird?\u201d asked Zapmaster. \u201cIt spoke to me!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI can do more than that, thanks to the protoforms!\u201d cackled the Scraplet. It then leaped down into the chamber and latched itself onto a protoform. The protoform then liquified before it turned into a mass of tendrils that pierced other protoforms and made them each into a mass of tendrils. The masses then came together and morphed into a giant Scraplet!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201c\u2026It can\u2019t be!\u201d breathed Starscream as fear crossed his face. The giant Scraplet then melted and compressed itself into a male humanoid shape. The shoulders then became conical and the head grew a sadistic smile as it grew horns that jutted out from the side at an angle. The fingers became talons and the body soon gained a maroon coloration with the Terrorcon symbol flashing yellow. The creature then started laughing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI\u2019M ALIVE AGAIN!\u201d The creature laughed some more before winding down and grinning maniacally at the group. \u201cThanks for giving me a way in, Screamy. So kind of you. \u2026VERY kind!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cMakeshift!\u201d hissed Starscream. The new bot then jumped over the group, landing near the door.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cCatch me if you can! MAKESHIFT, TRANSFORM!\u201d The arms moved to the torso as the head folded down to reveal the rear of a car while the feet united and made the front, turning him into a race car. He sped down the hall with everyone in tow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cHe could be anywhere!\u201d muttered Cosmos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cSplit up and watch your backs!\u201d called Starscream. \u201cMakeshift is a Shifter and a very clever one!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cA Shifter?!\u201d gulped Bumblebee. \u201cGreat, he could be anyone if we meet him!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cYou mean he could look like you guys?\u201d asked Espio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cRight down to the scars and voice,\u201d confirmed Cosmos. \u201cHe doesn\u2019t possess everything about you, so lie if you need to.\u201d Everyone split up, but Zapmaster stayed behind. He found the Yellow Chaos Emerald on the floor, picked it up, examined it, then pocketed it, thinking the Decepticons could use it for cash.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cliffjumper patrolled the corridor, his optics in a constant scan mode. He heard whispering, more intense than usual. \u201cNot\u2026happening!\u201d he growled to himself. \u201cI won\u2019t\u2026serve you!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cHey!\u201d called Bumblebee\u2019s voice. Bumblebee then came up. \u201cHey, Cliff, are you all\u2026wait\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWhat\u2019s wrong?\u201d asked Cliffjumper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cHow do I know you\u2019re not Makeshift?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Everyone had met with Bumblebee and Cliffjumper. \u201cSo, the two Energon Alchemists are here,\u201d snarled Cosmos. \u201cAnd why are they into it? Because they performed a taboo! They tried to bring someone to life!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201c\u2026Don\u2019t you DARE act like you wouldn\u2019t resurrect someone!\u201d snarled Bumblebee as he gave Cliffjumper his head back. His right arm and left leg armor then came off, revealing that they were made of blue-white crystal. \u201cAnd Cliffjumper lost a lot more than what I did! We\u2019re into it so we could get our old bodies back!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cPit-spawn! You have no right to\u2026!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cBack off, Cosmos!\u201d hissed Espio as he drew a shuriken. \u201cThey did what was\u2026!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cEnough!\u201d shouted Starscream. \u201cWe\u2019re a little preoccupied!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cTruer words were never spoken!\u201d snarled Starscream\u2019s voice again. Little Buddy?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cWhat?!\u201d asked the second Starscream.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cLittle Buddy, come on!\u201d protested the first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cSHOOT THAT ONE!\u201d shouted Zapmaster as he pointed to the first. Everyone unloaded their weapons into the first Starscream. It then fled down the hall, turning silver before morphing into Makeshift.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201c\u2026Little Buddy?!\u201d protested the real Starscream.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cI was panicking, okay! Look, does this have any value?\u201d Zapmaster pulled out the Chaos Emerald. Amy blanched before she checked her pockets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201c\u2026Someone\u2019s clumsy!\u201d taunted Starscream.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cI must have dropped it!\u201d breathed Amy. \u201cEr, look, Mr. Zapmaster, that thing\u2019s a worthless pebble. Not worth the Decepticons\u2019 time.\u201d Zapmaster rolled his optics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cYeah, cause Starscream\u2019s grinning madly and you\u2019re panicking over a worthless pebble. Like I was constructed yesterday!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cIt\u2019s a magic jewel that contains limitless power!\u201d explained Starscream. \u201cThere are seven in total and we\u2019re claiming them!\u201d He then opened a Bridge portal before firing at the ceiling. \u201cFALL BACK!\u201d The Decepticons and their new Mini-con ally then took off into the portal. The falling debris got between them and the Autobots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cWe gotta get out of here!\u201d called Cosmo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cBut Makeshift\u2026!\u201d protested Espio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cHe\u2019s failed! We gotta go!\u201d argued Bumblebee. He then made a call. \u201cTeletraan! Ground Bridge!\u201d A Ground Bridge opened for them and they fled into it while the ship collapsed.
