The circle then started glowing and Merlin started feeling the strain. Gaia then placed her hands outside the circle and helped Merlin\u2019s load. Restoring people from death was quite taxing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cGaia, I can understand,\u201d Sonic muttered to Arthur. \u201cYou, well, the knights need to see you, but why me?!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cMayhaps so my knights may divine differences twixt their king and his descendant,\u201d guessed Arthur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201c\u2026I mean, I guess,\u201d muttered Sonic. As they talked, six figures of Mobian height managed to appear in the circle around Merlin. The strain was still visible on his face. The figures then gained more definition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAlmost!\u201d grunted Merlin in an urging manner to himself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cA little more!\u201d Gaia cheered on. The figures were then solidified, and Merlin and Gaia collapsed. Sonic and Arthur then went to them and checked them over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWe will be fine,\u201d answered Merlin. \u201cArthur, I could not bring all your knights.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThen, by heaven, let us see whom thou couldst!\u201d declared Arthur. As Sonic looked, his eyes goggled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThen why do they look familiar to me?\u201d The people looked a lot like Shadow, Rouge, Silver, Knuckles, a purple female cat, and a green male hawk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cTheir original bodies had long decomposed, so I used forms based on those you knew.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cFive of them, I can definitely call friendly faces, but the bird and I aren\u2019t exactly friendly with each other.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cArthur, place your hand on the bat woman, then everyone should know themselves and each other,\u201d instructed Merlin. Arthur then did as he was told, then a flood of memories hit him as well as her. The shapes of their original selves then entered the other\u2019s mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201c\u2026Arthur, my king!\u201d breathed the Rouge double.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cGuinevere, my queen!\u201d cheered Arthur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cGuinevere! Arthur!\u201d gasped the Shadow clone. His old shape then flashed into their minds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cLancelot!\u201d greeted Arthur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cFather?!\u201d asked the Silver duplicate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cGalahad! My son!\u201d cheered Lancelot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cMy lord, Arthur!\u201d called Knuckles\u2019 twin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Primus, I must be losing my mind!\u201d He sighed again, then held his hand over the Allspark. The runes on the cube started glowing. \u201c\u2026Hello, Allspark.\u201d The Allspark said nothing. \u201cYou\u2026might remember me. Optimus Prime? The one who activated you, then left you open for Eggman to abuse you?\u201d Still nothing. \u201c\u2026Right. Look, I\u2019ll make this brief, I know you\u2019re damaged. The greatest wizard of Mobius, however, is insistent that I use you to make four more soldiers. I don\u2019t know, but I don\u2019t feel comfortable about this. I mean, let\u2019s look at the Quintessons and how they manipulated the Prime of that time to force you to make soldiers. I feel like doing that brings me down to\u2026\u201d The runes glowed brighter, and a display was projected onto the ceiling from the Allspark. It showed various scenes of if Optimus didn\u2019t use it versus if he did. As each scene played, a green line went along the bottom and branched off into a red one at various points. When the scenes became ones where he did use the Allspark, the red line were very few in number. \u201c\u2026You\u2019re gonna lose all your power if I do that!\u201d protested Optimus. \u201cAll right, one flash for yes, two for no. Are you sure you want to go out in this fashion?\u201d The Allspark flashed once. Optimus\u2019 shoulders sagged. \u201c\u2026That\u2019s that, then. Thank you for this and\u2026I\u2019m sorry.\u201d The Allspark projected a smiley face on the ceiling before the runes faded. Optimus sighed as he made his decision. He called up Tails in the Science Lab. \u201cTails, what kind of vehicles did you make?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cLet\u2019s see here,\u201d replied Tails as he looked at a list, \u201cI\u2019ve got me another jet, a car, a motorcycle, and a drill tank.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
