Black Scar was flabbergasted at Cerebros\u2019 new fighting prowess. \u201cThis is impossible!\u201d he protested as he grappled with his opponent. \u201cYou\u2019re a pacifist! How are YOU swinging those blows?!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI had to learn to put my pacifist ideals aside, since they were doing more harm than good,\u201d explained Cerebros. Hi-Q looked over the data again and was flummoxed at the readings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cBu\u2026bu\u2026I mean, this\u2026this is against ALL the scenarios!\u201d he protested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cCan we focus here?!\u201d snarled Trema as she threw Amy at Weirdwolf\u2019s head. The pink hammer girl swung her signature weapon onto his helmet repeatedly!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cSTOPSTOPSTOPSTOP! YOU\u2019RE GIVING ME A DOUBLE HEADACHE!\u201d wailed Weirdwolf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Up in space, Megatron forced his way into Scorponok and transformed into robot mode. Clench disengaged from him and the two ran through the Metrotitan\u2019s corridors. \u201cAll intruders shall be eliminated!\u201d growled Scorponok\u2019s voice. The internal defenses then came online. They were mainly security drones, humanoid in shape from the waist up and armed with a gun replacing the right hand and an electric prod replacing the left. They moved by a pair of wheels, like a Segway, and fired on the Decepticon Lord and his Mini-con partner. Megatron activated his arm blade, still only on concealed in his right arm, then spun around like a tornado and mowed the drones down! Once he stopped, none the worse for wear, Clench goggled at his partner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cDid you just pull a Crash Bandicoot on them?\u201d he asked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cYeah, I know!\u201d chuckled Megatron. \u201cI\u2019ve played his games since Earth, really wanted to try his usual whirl attack!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cPlease don\u2019t do that again.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cMy fight, my rules!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cHey! MEGATWERP!\u201d called another voice. Megatron groaned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cBecause, of COURSE, the situation wasn\u2019t dire enough for me!\u201d He and Clench turned to see Optimus and Sparkplug. Clench rolled his optics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cHey, Sparky, Floptimus,\u201d he called, \u201cmaybe this isn\u2019t obvious to you, but me and Megatron are sorta in the middle of something! If you were to come back another time, we\u2019d be a great deal less annoyed! Unless your intention WAS to annoy us! In which case, well done\u2026BECAUSE NOW WE\u2019RE ANNOYED!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThis is an internal Decepticon affair, Optimus!\u201d warned Megatron. \u201cDo NOT interfere!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cOh, no!\u201d replied Optimus. \u201cInternal affairs ALWAYS boil over to becoming headaches, so I\u2019m nipping this one in the bud! OPTIMUS PRIME, SUPER MODE!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cMEGATRON, CONQUEST MODE!\u201d The two bots achieved their super modes and clashed while keeping the security drones off their backs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cPelazon gas bomb prepared!\u201d cheered Scorponok over the battle. \u201cLaunching!\u201d Optimus and Megatron stopped fighting briefly, then resumed their fight as they made their way to his bridge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Outside, a turret on the shoulder of Scorponok\u2019s right claw fired some sort of canister. It exploded and a purple gas spread throughout the atmosphere before dissipating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On the surface, Hi-Q got a reading on the gas and gulped. \u201cPelazon!\u201d he explained. \u201cIt\u2019s undoing the mechano-toxin in the air!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cIt\u2019s time!\u201d cheered Black Scar. He then turned his head slightly as if someone was speaking. \u201c\u2026I know, Zarak! It\u2019s gonna be a whopper! Still, I wish Scorponok would change his own activation code. \u2026You\u2019re right, It WOULD be appropriate, given what we\u2019re trying to accomplish!\u201d Scorponok then lowered himself into view and Black Scar adopted the same transformation poses as Zarak. \u201cMaster\u2026HEAD ON!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cSCORPONOK, TERRORIZE!\u201d Scorponok\u2019s claws lowered as his sides split away and swung towards the tail while sprouting feet. The head of the scorpion revealed an empty space on its underside. Black Scar transformed, but his spinnerets folded to the top of his spider mode and split to reveal a pale-yellow face with a red visor. The new head then inserted itself into the empty space, connecting with the Metrotitan\u2019s robot mode. The face then moved as ours would and roared to the heavens. \u201cA perfect fit!\u201d Scorponok chuckled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Inside Scorponok, Optimus, Megatron, and their Mini-con partners made it to the bridge. They got read-outs of atmospheric conditions, giving them pause. Megatron then chuckled. \u201cWho would have thought Scorponok had the antidote to a poisonous atmosphere?\u201d he remarked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cOh, Primus, NO!\u201d groaned Optimus. He then got a call.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cOptimus, what\u2019s going on?!\u201d asked the caller, Tails. \u201cWe saw Scorponok touch down and transform!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cHe fired an antidote into Nebulos\u2019 atmosphere!\u201d explained Optimus. \u201cNow both sides are able to touch down!\u201d Megatron then got a call from Eggman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cOkay, given that you\u2019re picking up just fine,\u201d he observed, \u201cI can surmise it\u2019s safe for everyone! We\u2019re touching down!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cBelay that!\u201d ordered Megatron. \u201cScorponok has a massive supply of fuel and parts to get us to Animatros! We just need to take out his head to make him more compliant!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI heard that!\u201d boomed Scorponok\u2019s voice. \u201cRest assured, no one will be killing Black Scar!\u201d The intruders were then caught up in a teleport beam with an endpoint right under Scorponok\u2019s foot! The four rolled out of the way towards the fight on the ground. Cerebros looked in the direction Scorponok was going, then groaned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI have no choice!\u201d he muttered. He then stopped as if someone spoke to him. \u201c\u2026Llyra\u2019s gonna have you sleeping on the couch for this! We never really activated him since you became my partner! \u2026Fine, I guess there IS no time like the present.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cCerebros, what are you and Galen talking about?!\u201d demanded Llyra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cGotta dash!\u201d replied Cerebros. He then jumped into the air and flew past Scorponok. Llyra then realized what was going on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThey never did it before!\u201d she wailed. \u201cThe mental strain could be too much!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cIf they\u2019re doing what I think they\u2019re doing,\u201d muttered Hi-Q, \u201cthen it\u2019s because Scorponok robbed him of choice.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cerebros landed on Fortress Maximus in city-mode. Scorponok was getting closer by the second. \u201cFortress!\u201d called Cerebros. \u201cWe need to unite! Scorponok has reawakened!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201c\u2026Then it is time,\u201d rumbled a voice. Cerebros then adopted the same poses Galen did.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cMaster Head on!\u201d he announced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cFORTRESS MAXIMUS, TRANSFORM!\u201d The front ends of the city folded up to make feet, the rear ends then swung forward and sprouted hands as the tower in the center split in two and folded down. The headless robot then pushed itself up as Cerebros transformed into shuttle mode, then the canopy folded up to act as a sun visor while the wings pointed to the rear of the shuttle. A white face then appeared under the visor and activated thick blue optic lenses.
