\u201cWhen the Autobots get their servos on you-!\u201d threatened Chase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAutobots?! What have I to worry about them?! They\u2019re too busy holing up for a potential siege and trying to placate you lot! No, you might as well forget them and start focusing on our Energon.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cMy baby brother, now too afraid to face me!\u201d howled Megatron. \u201cWell, you had better stay there, Optimus! Because if I catch you on my ship, I\u2019ll be sticking your antennae into your optics!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI understand, Megatron. What\u2019s this I hear about you having Velocitron\u2019s Omega Key?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cOh, it\u2019s so wonderful! Now we\u2019re making up for the deficit you gave us on Animatros! Hidden within the Planet Cup is the Omega Key!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cYou don\u2019t say!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201c\u2026I DO say. Why did you say that?\u201d Override giggled behind her mouth clamp. Dirt Boss undid the clamp and was met with a grin from Override.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cTurn the wings on the front of the cup counter-clockwise three times,\u201d she explained. Saurion took the Planet Cup and did so. The lid then popped off and the three villains looked inside. Dirt Boss\u2019 face contorted in fury as he grabbed Override.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWhere! Is! The! Power! KEY!!!\u201d As Dirt Boss demanded answers from Override, Saurion dropped the Cup in disbelief, making the rock fall out of it. Megatron turned his fury to Optimus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cYOU CRIMSON IMP!\u201d he shouted. \u201cYOU KNEW THERE WAS NO OMEGA KEY INSIDE! YOU MADE US LOOK LIKE FOOLS!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWasn\u2019t that hard,\u201d remarked Optimus. \u201cBesides, unlike many schemes before, it was easy to anticipate your every move this time! This caper was more obvious than most!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cYou can say that over the comms, Optimus!\u201d snarled Saurion as he regained his senses. \u201cKnow this, if you were here, I\u2019d melt you down to worthless slag, oh, yes indeed!\u201d Megatron then ended the call.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201c\u2026Start melting us then, Scale-face!\u201d called Optimus\u2019 voice. Everyone looked up to see Optimus and his team jumping down from the bridge\u2019s ceiling! Cheetor freed Override and she jumped into the fray!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Optimus had left his commlink on so Cruiser and Chase could hear the fight. \u201cAh, it\u2019s music to my audio receptors,\u201d sighed Chase happily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cIn this cheapo era, it is, indeed!\u201d agreed Cruiser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Override slammed a foot into Dirt Boss\u2019 face, blinding him temporarily. Optimus and Sonic spin-dashed Megatron into a wall. Kong Primal slammed his fist into Saurion\u2019s chest while Amy brought her hammer down on his foot. \u201cGuys! We got Override! Let\u2019s go before we\u2019re swarmed!\u201d called Clocker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cGreat idea! Everyone out!\u201d ordered Optimus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWe have to take the base, though!\u201d protested Cheetor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThat\u2019s an order, Cheetor!\u201d replied Kong. Everyone then jumped up into the ceiling and crawled through the ventilation ducts to get outside. By then, the ship activated its weapons and fired, but the Autobot team stayed ahead of the shots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Megatron roared in frustration. \u201cOF ALL THE BIGGEST WASTES OF ENERGON AND TIME, THIS TOOK THE OIL-CAKE!\u201d he shouted. \u201c\u2026Well, at least Ransack and Crumplezone should be getting a copy of the formula by now.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201c\u2026Why would we wanna ruin business like that?\u201d asked Dirt Boss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cLord Megatron, it\u2019s Fortress Maximus!\u201d called Shockwave as she burst into the bridge. \u201cThey\u2019re taking off! The Lost Light<\/em> is joining them!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cAFTER THEM!\u201d Everyone assumed their post with Dirt Boss, Ransack, and Crumplezone\u2019s small ship, the Business Opportunity<\/em>, entering the hangar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Fortress Maximus went into transwarp faster than the Decepticons did, so they managed to get some lead time ahead of them. Among those who joined Override on the Lost Light<\/em> were Clocker, Blurr, a mech named Racemaster, an old mech named Autolander, and Kup and Hot Rod were rebranded with the Accelion Symbol, joining them as crew members of the Lost Light<\/em>. Override sighed as she got a chance to relax in her new quarters on Fortress Maximus. \u201cMuch better,\u201d she whispered. Her door then chimed. \u201cCome in,\u201d she called.
