{"id":5058,"date":"2021-10-29T12:09:44","date_gmt":"2021-10-29T16:09:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/samueljvinton.com\/wordpress\/?p=5058"},"modified":"2021-10-29T12:09:44","modified_gmt":"2021-10-29T16:09:44","slug":"tmc-24-10","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/samueljvinton.com\/wordpress\/tmc-24-10\/","title":{"rendered":"TMC 24-10"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Once he returned to the <em>Nemesis<\/em>, Megatron turned to Thundercracker. \u201cThundercracker, you\u2019re in command until my return.\u201d Megatron then headed to the door.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cReturn from where?\u201d asked Thundercracker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMy mission with Gaia and Vector Sigma.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c\u2026You\u2019re\u2026seriously going behind Prime\u2019s back?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWhat good would new Emeralds be with Primus and Unicron breathing down our necks?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNew Emeralds?! Then Optimus really DID give the Chaos Emeralds to Starscream?!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAnd Slipstream has Primacron\u2019s notes so we can make more!\u201d By now, Megatron was getting annoyed at the constant questions. He turned to leave, but Thundercracker turned him back around.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cYou Paxes are trying my patience!\u201d snarled Thundercracker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c\u2026You\u2019re not planning to usurp me at this time, are you?\u201d asked Megatron. Thundercracker drew his sword and held it to Megatron\u2019s neck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe possibility IS being considered!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAt so dangerous a time?\u201d That sentence hung in the air. \u201c\u2026All right, all cards on the table, I didn\u2019t plan on giving the Emeralds away. However, Slipstream managed to tell Gaia via mental call that she has the necessary data to make new ones. They\u2019ll only be temporary, but they should give us an edge over Tornedron. While they\u2019re being made, Vector Sigma, Gaia, and I will go down to Voksphere and wake up the Vok, Lux, and Umbra so they can recombine Primus and Unicron back into Primacron. Primacron will be mortal, Tornedron will be too weak to help him, and Starscream\u2019s War-world will be easy pickings for the Vok. We need as many soldiers as possible, and this is the best way to minimize casualties.\u201d That last statement made Thundercracker arch his eyebrow. \u201cThink about it. Won\u2019t more allies mean we will have more people watching our backs?\u201d No one moved for a few seconds, then Megatron gently nudged the sword away from his neck. Thundercracker then sheathed it and knelt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMy apologies, my Lord,\u201d he said. \u201cI had no idea.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPerhaps I should have told you, so I will take some blame. For now, make it up to me by commanding the <em>Nemesis<\/em> in my absence.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cYes, my Lord.\u201d Megatron then headed off the bridge and made a mental call.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cReady,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLet\u2019s get going,\u201d replied Gaia\u2019s voice. He then faded away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>He, Vector Sigma, and Gaia arrived in a forest-choked city. Time had overtaken the buildings. The statues littered throughout the city were untouched, oddly enough. Gaia and Vector Sigma looked around in pain and sadness. \u201cSo many Vok,\u201d whispered Gaia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNot just the men, but the women and children too,\u201d mumbled Vector Sigma. Megatron put a reassuring hand on each of their shoulders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPrimus and Unicron will pay for this, I promise,\u201d he urged. The two then steeled themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis way!\u201d called Vector Sigma. \u201cWe\u2019re in Lokras City, near the shores of the North Continent of Light, Lux\u2019s private domain! We need to be at Tirmal City on the Equatorial Continent of Earth! It\u2019s directly south of us!\u201d He led everyone to the edge of the continent. Once there, the seas revealed themselves. They were calm seas, but they had no boat. Megatron simply transformed and Gaia levitated herself and Vector Sigma. They flew through the skies. As they flew, Megatron managed to get a call. It was Optimus. Megatron\u2019s holo-form rolled his eyes before he accepted the call.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAnd just what, pray tell, are you doing?!\u201d hissed Optimus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOptimus, I\u2019m a little busy as well as behind enemy lines at the moment,\u201d replied Megatron, \u201cso whatever you have to say, please make it brief.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cGet back here! I told you to leave them until Tornedron was beaten!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDo you really think that Primus and Unicron will give us that courtesy? Have you SEEN their arsenals?! No, they will assist Tornedron if we don\u2019t give them a distraction. Gaia, Vector Sigma, and I will be waking Lux, Umbra, and the Vok and they will assist us!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cGet back here! That\u2019s an order!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cApologies, Galaxy Convoy: Optimus Prime! For too long, my fate has not been in my own hands! Not this time! Like I said, I\u2019m behind enemy lines, so I must insist on radio silence until my mission is complete!\u201d He ended the call and then saw land approaching the group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEarth Continent ahead!\u201d called Vector Sigma. \u201cOne minute until Tirmal City!\u201d The group continued onward. Once the buildings were sighted, they made their descent. Megatron transformed and landed like Iron Man. Vector Sigma arched an eyebrow. \u201cIsn\u2019t that hard on your knees?\u201d he asked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSlightly, yes,\u201d confirmed Megatron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis way!\u201d called Gaia. They all followed her through the statue-laden streets until they reached a building. \u201cPrimacron\u2019s old lab,\u201d explained Gaia. They reached the doors and realized they were shut. Megatron decided to use a little brute force to open them. He shoved his fingers into the crack and pulled hard. It took a minute, but he succeeded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m actually\u2026surprised\u2026they opened\u2026at all,\u201d he panted. Once he caught his breath, they all entered the lab. It was dark, so Gaia summoned a light. The light then showed two statues of women.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMy mothers!\u201d she yelped. She ran up to them and examined them. \u201c\u2026They\u2019re aware!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c\u2026Aware of what?\u201d asked Megatron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEverything. Vector Sigma telling you and Optimus about their plight, Optimus becoming Galaxy Convoy, the fleet coming here, they know about everything! \u2026And they have a plan!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWhat\u2019s the plan?!\u201d asked Vector Sigma. Gaia then made a mental call to all ship commanders in the fleet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEveryone, Lux and Umbra have an idea!\u201d she called. \u201cThese are the intended steps: Vector Sigma and Megatron will awaken Lux and Umbra with pure versions of their respective elements. At the same time, I will awaken the Vok with the four smaller elements. Once that\u2019s done, my mothers and I will hold off Primus and Unicron while the Vok and their ships are sent to your fleet. Once they join you, activate the new Chaos Emeralds and start shooting at Tornedron immediately. Is everyone clear on this?\u201d The fleet mentally confirmed the plan. \u201cTiming is of the essence, everyone. There can be no margin for error.\u201d She turned to Megatron and Vector Sigma. \u201cPure light and pure darkness, please.\u201d The two men then summoned balls of energy between their hands. They were straining under the pressure. Vector Sigma then faced Lux\u2019s statue while Megatron faced Umbra\u2019s. Gaia then raised her hands and surrounded herself in an air ball while rocks, water, and fire made rings around it. \u201c\u2026Three\u2026two\u2026one\u2026NOW!\u201d She fired all the elements onto the floor and surrounded the planet in light. While that happened, Vector Sigma and Megatron fired their respective energy balls into the statues. All the statues on the planet then cracked and broke apart, revealing the Vok, Lux, and Umbra! The Vok Navy then vanished.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cVok ships coming in!\u201d called Cliffjumper. \u201cThe Vok Fleet Admiral said he\u2019ll be taking your orders!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAll ships, it\u2019s time! Activate the new Emeralds!\u201d ordered Optimus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>On the War-world, Starscream was called to the bridge. \u201cWhat\u2019s going on?!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSir, it\u2019s Lux, Umbra, and the Vok!\u201d replied Deathsaurus. \u201cThey\u2019re back!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWHAT?!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSir, Lux, Umbra, and Gaia are fighting Primus and Unicron!\u201d reported Skywarp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSir, the enemy fleet!\u201d called Sunstorm. On the screen, they saw seven lights, the same colors of the Chaos Emeralds, orbiting the fleet. The lights then entered all the ships and the whole fleet turned gold with a golden aura surrounding each ship. Starscream then realized what happened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSlipstream had Primacron\u2019s notes on creating the Chaos Emeralds!\u201d he gulped. He turned to Deathsaurus. \u201cActivate ours! Order Tornedron to attack! We\u2019ll assist it!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSir, are you sure that\u2019s-?!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTHAT\u2019S AN ORDER!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c\u2026Aye, Sir.\u201d Deathsaurus issued the necessary commands. Tornedron and the War-world then advanced on the fleet as the War-world turned gold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe enemy\u2019s advancing on us!\u201d reported a now golden Cliffjumper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThat\u2019s our signal! ATTACK!\u201d ordered Optimus. The fleet then advanced, each ship raising their shields and arming their weapons.
