Flora and her grandmother entered After Academy while they were still alive. She’s always been a shy woman, preferring only to be loud when the situation absolutely calls for it. She and her friends overheard a private conversation during the Vortech Wars, so they became heralds to the Horsemen of the Apocalypse. Flora, of all people, became the Herald of Chaos, Kamen Rider Herald P. During a Convergence where Beyond City came into contact with Optimus and Sonic’s universe as well as the Realms, she became infatuated with a Zephyr man from the Realms and learned how to make a cloud dress from him. She and the Zephyr married and she made a successful bid for being the Grand Mayor of Beyond City, the head of state for the large city and a position one holds until they decide they’ve had enough (which could last for a long time, given that universe’s ability to make one immortal and invulnerable). She, her husband, and their quadruplet daughters live in the Grand Mayor’s Mansion at 2709 Devilish Road, Beyond City 887398. Even with her duties as Grand Mayor, she’s still a student of After Academy and Chizara University. Her hobbies include reading, writing, and playing the piano.
