\u201cReady to begin the countdown,\u201d said a Lord Drone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cBegin,\u201d ordered the Rift Controller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cOur commanders are not within the safety zone!\u201d yelped a Combatman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThe energy wave won\u2019t start immediately,\u201d replied the Rift Controller. \u201cThey have enough time to get to safety. Begin.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAlert! Alert! Enemy vessels attempting communication!\u201d warned another Dalek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cLet them eat static,\u201d replied the Rift Controller as Khan Noonien Signh appeared in its gateway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cMetaltron\u2019s approaching!\u201d called a Combatman. Not just her, as you and I already know. The surviving villains were so focused on escaping their enemies, they didn\u2019t notice one another. They all crashed into each other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWATCH IT!\u201d shouted Katie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cYOU WATCH IT!\u201d retorted Nemesis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cOh no, not you guys!\u201d realized Metaltron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cYou\u2019re mortal too?!\u201d asked Intrag. That was all the confirmation needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cFire the energy wave now!\u201d ordered Metaltron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cNay, belay that!\u201d argued the Rift Controller as Captain Barbossa appeared in its gateway. \u201cWe need to build up the charge!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThey\u2019re right behind us! We have no time!\u201d snarled Metaltron. \u201cFire the energy wave now!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThe fight in here will delay them,\u201d replied the Rift Controller. \u201cA countdown is sufficient.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI am Metaltron and I order you to fire the wave now! Disregard the countdown! Obey! Obey!! OBEY!!!!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cNo.\u201d That single word from the Rift Controller lingered as the heroes arrived.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cYOU! WILL!! OBEY!!!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWell, well, well,\u201d chuckled Vortex. \u201cA Dalek decides to betray you, huh, Metaltron? Surprised?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWe are under siege!\u201d a Dalek warned the Rift Controller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWe shall deal with it,\u201d said the Rift Controller with the usual command level Dalek swagger as it brought its gunstick to bear. \u201cBesides, there\u2019s no Optimus Prime here, so the form that would have given us trouble cannot be accessed, correct, Royal?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cDon\u2019t rest on your laurels just now!\u201d warned Death. \u201cBecause we still have an ace up our sleeves.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAn ace, eh? Like my donor?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cNo, I said just ace, not aroa\u2026wait, what?\u201d Everyone looked at the Rift Controller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWhat, surprised at the fact I know I was the commander of those back-stabbing Lords?\u201d quizzed the Rift Controller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cYou remember everything?! HOW?!\u201d yelped Metaltron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cYou built a Vortonian-styled gateway into my casing!\u201d replied the Rift Controller. \u201cThose things can get readings across all known timelines! What did you think would happen when you shoved me into this thing?!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cYOU HAVE BETRAYED US!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cYOU BETRAYED ME FIRST, FORMER LAST OF THE DALEKS!\u201d The Rift Controller opened its\u2026HIS casing to reveal that he had golden Elementriggers in their combined form in one of his tentacles. The mechanical spider that made up his old suit then arrived. \u201cAnd one thing, while you made me into a mockery of the man I once was, you didn\u2019t check to make sure my Kamen Rider equipment couldn\u2019t work with my new form!\u201d The spider formed a belt just under the Rift Controller\u2019s eye. The Rift Controller then pressed the button on the Elementriggers and held it to the casing\u2019s front.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWhat\u2019s the word?!\u201d called the spider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cHENSHIN!\u201d ordered the Rift Controller. He then split the Elementriggers into their separate states and slid each part under the spider. The transformation was a bit grotesque as the mutant creature changed into a vaguely humanoid shape before the armor of Kamen Rider Weaver appeared. This armor looked different. It was gold with a white undersuit and the eyes were white while the spider legs on his back were spikier, his gloves gained claws on the fingertips, and he gained huge shoulder-pads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cPower over all elements!\u201d called the spider. \u201cWeaver: Divine!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201c\u2026That was a disgusting Henshin sequence,\u201d gagged Vortex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cPerhaps, but I needed a powerful form,\u201d replied Weaver. \u201cAnd there\u2019s something to be said for the humanoid shape! Once I-!\u201d He was interrupted by a horn honk. \u201c\u2026A truck?\u201d muttered Weaver. He then stepped back in fear as he realized what Death was talking about! \u201cNo!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cYes!\u201d replied Death. Vortex then face-palmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI forgot versions of him rise from the grave,\u201d she muttered. \u201cEveryone, step back!\u201d A futuristic red and blue semi-truck hauling an equally futuristic trailer then barreled into the room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWait, OPTIMUS?!\u201d yelped Nemesis. \u201cBut he\u2019s dead! I killed him!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cYou did,\u201d confirmed Optimus as his holo-form stepped out. He pointed to the halo on his forehead. \u201cTurns out the Horsemen subconsciously thought I was worthy to enter Beyond City. I know the terms and conditions, but I\u2019d say it\u2019s worth it in order to stop you. Besides, I can at least visit.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cIt won\u2019t matter!\u201d insisted Weaver. \u201cI\u2019ve obtained my final form a long time ago! The countdown has started and\u2026\u201d He trailed off when he counted all the heroes. \u201c\u2026Where\u2019s the Doctor?! \u2026WHERE\u2019S THE GODDAMNED DOCTOR?!?!?!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cSomeone looking for me?\u201d asked the Doctor\u2019s voice. Everyone looked to see the Doctor standing by a bank of computers!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cEXTERMINATE!\u201d shouted a Dalek. The cry was taken up and the Daleks opened fire!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cSTOP, YOU FOOLS!\u201d wailed Weaver, but it was no good. The Daleks were in a frenzy! The surviving villains had to duck, dodge, and weave around the shots. Vortex, Arsha, and Optimus (having already assumed robot mode) joined up and ducked behind the trailer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cHey, Megumi,\u201d said Optimus as he pulled something out of the trailer. He had something carefully between his thumb and pointer finger. Vortex gasped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThe Transcendant!\u201d she said. \u201cIt\u2019s fixed!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cDell and Liam had to work together,\u201d explained Optimus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201c\u2026All right then!\u201d declared Vortex. \u201cSince our rescued friends said Weaver fears our combined power\u2026\u201d She then pressed a button on the Transcendant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cTRIPLE ASCENDANCE!\u201d it called, attracting the attention of Weaver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cNo!\u201d he pleaded. Vortex then slotted the Transcendant over her Vortex Driver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cTRIPLE SET!\u201d it continued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cHenshin!\u201d said Vortex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cHenshin!\u201d repeated Optimus and Arsha. Vortex pressed the button again, then the Transcendant spun the wheels as Optimus and Arsha turned into mist and entered Vortex. Her armor then changed, looking like a blend between her base form, her crown, Optimus\u2019 armor, and Arsha\u2019s outfit, complete with rose hair piece. She grew nine fox tails and her eyes became enhanced with Cybertronian optics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cPOWER OF THREE! ASCENDED TRINITY! KAMEN RIDER VORTEX: TRINITY SOUL!\u201d cheered the Transcendant. Vortex: Trinity Soul then summoned her Gunblade and attacked Weaver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cYou\u2019ve threatened the Multiverse for the last time!\u201d she hissed in a new voice, one that was neither Optimus, Arsha, or Megumi\u2019s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI HAVE A FINAL FORM!\u201d argued Weaver. \u201cONLY HEROIC KAMEN RIDERS GET THAT KIND OF POWER!\u201d Optimus then took over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cKeep the enemy off our back!\u201d he said to the heroes. \u201cWe have a plan to follow!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cRight!\u201d confirmed Spark. \u201cDoctor, it\u2019s your show!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
