\u201cWhat?!\u201d asked Rassilon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cYou jammed the brakes on! That\u2019s why TARDIS maintenance is best left to me!\u201d She then found a mallet and swung it at the lever. NOW the Time Rotor moved up and down again! The TARDIS made its usual takeoff noise, but the takeoff was rather sharp, knocking people around. After a good minute of shaking, the TARDIS settled down with everyone picking themselves up. \u201cAll right, sound off,\u201d said the Doctor. \u201cWho\u2019s not dead?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI think I clonked heads with someone,\u201d complained William.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cMe,\u201d replied Amy. \u201cYou clonked heads with me.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cCrap. Sorry.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cStill alive,\u201d said Rassilon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cSo are we,\u201d said Tsukasa, speaking for his fellow Riders. Sougo, Keito, and Woz goggled again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cSo it wasn\u2019t a dream?!\u201d asked Keito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cIt appears not, Geiz-kun,\u201d replied Woz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cHow-?!\u201d asked Sougo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cIt\u2019s a bit complicated,\u201d replied Rassilon. \u201cFirst, you have to imagine a big box inside a small box.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cRassilon, please!\u201d urged the Doctor. \u201cI\u2019d rather not risk peripheral damage to the timeline.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201c\u2026Very well.\u201d Rassilon turned to the Riders. \u201cYou heard her. We need to trace the origin of the paradox.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cFine, fine,\u201d grumbled Keito as he handed over his Ridewatch. Sougo and Woz did the same and the Doctor wired them into the TARDIS console.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cCome on, guys!\u201d called Amy, remembering the Doctor’s suggestion. \u201cI know the best rooms here!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThere\u2019s more?!\u201d asked Sougo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThe other doors should have made it obvious,\u201d remarked Tsukasa. Amy led everyone on a tour of the best rooms in the TARDIS with Rassilon and William stayed behind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDoctor, why are you doing this?\u201d asked William.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHer exact words,\u201d explained William, \u201c were that several laws of time prevent her from messing with established history for a start and those laws spawn from the simple fact that doing that is the messiest of quick fixes that just create paradoxes out across time and space.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201c\u2026Those were my exact words, and I meant them,\u201d confirmed the Doctor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cBut you\u2019ve decided to mess with established history right now,\u201d observed Rassilon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201c\u2026If there\u2019s no other way, yes! Look, William, there are just some secrets of time that I cannot risk divulging, and that stems from the fact that I don\u2019t know what lies ahead for you.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWhat\u2019s that supposed to mean?!\u201d snapped William.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWilliam, you met previous companions of mine. There will come a time where you and I will part company and I don\u2019t know what you\u2019ll do or who you\u2019ll meet or what you\u2019ll tell them or what they may force you to tell them. \u201cAnd when Tsukasa told us what was going on, you thought about something, but didn\u2019t elaborate!\u201d said William. \u201cDoctor, I need to understand!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWilliam!\u201d snapped the Doctor. She then drew in a breath to calm down. \u201c\u2026I\u2019ll say this much; it has to do with the nature of the universe and the fabric of time itself. Somehow, there\u2019s an unpredictable reaction between the two. You know what a temporal paradox is, yes?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cYes, when someone goes back in time to alter the past, only their actions in the past caused the future in the first place.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThat\u2019s one example,\u201d remarked Rassilon. \u201cAnd that\u2019s the pertinent one, isn\u2019t it, Doctor.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201c\u2026Yes. And that\u2019s all that I\u2019m prepared to say,\u201d replied the Doctor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWilliam, I think we\u2019d best let the Doctor work right now,\u201d suggested Rassilon. \u201cWe\u2019d best not interrupt her and risk peripheral damage to the timeline.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201c\u2026All right,\u201d grumbled William. He and Rassilon headed after Amy and her group while the Doctor checked things over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After a while, the Doctor sighed. \u201cUseless,\u201d she muttered. \u201cAll because Tsukasa wants a quick fix. \u2026Tsukasa\u2026 \u2026Tsukasa\u2026\u201d The Doctor tapped her chin, then typed something into the console. \u201cTimeline check on Tsukasa Kadoya, keyword: Rider Forms.\u201d The scanner then revealed all the forms Tsukasa took as Kamen Rider Decade. \u201c\u2026Why is that one separate from the base form? It sure looks the same.\u201d The Doctor checked on the form. The minor difference was that the light on the helmet\u2019s forehead was purple instead of yellow. She goggled when she saw what that form really was. \u201cViolent Emotion, oh dear. Tsukasa, you can\u2019t use that form at this time!\u201d At that moment, everyone filed back into the console room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAre we there yet?\u201d asked Tsukasa. \u201cWe seem to be taking our sweet time.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201c\u2026You know, you\u2019re a bit of a mystery, Tsukasa,\u201d remarked the Doctor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cOh?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI can\u2019t think of a single reason why you\u2019d get so angry over a minor mistake like that,\u201d continued the Doctor. Tsukasa\u2019s eyes went wide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201c\u2026You\u2026you guessed?!\u201d he spluttered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cTsukasa, you can\u2019t risk using your Violent Emotion form like that,\u201d urged the Doctor. \u201cYou\u2019ve already surrendered it when you stopped being a destroyer!\u201d By then, a strange energy washed over everyone, freezing Tsukasa, but not everyone else.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cDoctor, what\u2019s going on?!\u201d asked Amy. \u201cTsukasa\u2019s frozen!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cNot only that, he\u2019s phasing in and out of existence!\u201d observed Keito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThat\u2019s just confirmation of my theory,\u201d shuddered the Doctor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201c\u2026But you\u2019re not gonna tell us, aren\u2019t you?\u201d said William.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThey\u2019re the cogs of a great machine going in opposite directions, time and space crushing each other to death like angry beasts unleashed,\u201d said the Doctor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cIt\u2019s getting worse, isn\u2019t it?\u201d observed Rassilon. \u201cThe time paradox?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cYes,\u201d confirmed the Doctor. \u201cThere are good and bad places to have them. This is a bad place, just bad luck in the game of universal dice, really. But if we don\u2019t do something, everything could unravel.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cEverything?\u201d asked Woz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cEverything!\u201d repeated the Doctor. \u201cToo large a concept to have any meaning, isn\u2019t it? Can you imagine the chaos of every particle of matter accelerating to the point of destruction? And even destruction is too small a word! Terror, agony, they don\u2019t even come close!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cSo if we don\u2019t destroy the Autons-,\u201d ventured Sougo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI\u2019m not sure that\u2019s what we need to do,\u201d interrupted the Doctor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cDoctor?\u201d asked Rassilon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cYou mean you don\u2019t know what\u2019s caused the time paradox?\u201d asked William.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI thought the nexus point was when the Autons were activated after the death of the Nestene Consciousness in 2013,\u201d explained the Doctor, \u201cand that we had caused that by bringing the Ridewatches there.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWhat\u2019s made you change your mind?\u201d quizzed Amy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cTsukasa,\u201d replied the Doctor. \u201cHis Violent Emotion state. He\u2019s willing to bring that form into existence again.\u201d That was when Tsukasa started moving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cHow did you-?!\u201d he spluttered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThe time distortion\u2019s gone,\u201d remarked Rassilon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cTime distortion?\u201d asked Tsukasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cYeah, didn\u2019t you notice?\u201d asked William.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWe were outside time, everyone,\u201d explained the Doctor. \u201cLooking in on the impending disaster.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cDoctor, have we landed yet?!\u201d insisted Tsukasa. The TARDIS then made its arrival noise and thud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cOh dear, we have,\u201d gulped the Doctor. Tsukasa then pulled out his Decadriver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThen it\u2019s time to finish this!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cTsukasa, no!\u201d argued Sougo. He, Keito, and Woz blocked the door.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cGet out of the way!\u201d demanded Tsukasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cTsukasa, using your Violent Emotion state won\u2019t help this situation!\u201d urged Geiz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWe\u2019ll stop you if we have to!\u201d warned Woz as he and his fellow Riders pulled out their respective BeyonDriver and Ziku Drivers, attaching them to their waists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cYou can\u2019t stop me!\u201d replied Tsukasa as he opened his Decadriver and pulled out a card. Sougo, Keito, and Woz then pressed the buttons on their Ridewatches and Miridewatch, prompting them to say \u201cZi-O!\u201d, \u201cGeiz!\u201d and \u201cWoz!\u201d respectively. Tsukasa flinched, then growled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI have to do this!\u201d he insisted. \u201cHenshin!\u201d He then put the card into the Decadriver!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cKamen Ride: Decade!\u201d It announced once he closed it. The Ridewatch Riders then inserted their trinkets into the belts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cHenshin!\u201d they all called.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cRider Time! Kamen Rider Zi-O!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cRider Time! Kamen Rider Geiz!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cTOUEI! Future Time! Sugoi! Jidai! Mirai! Kamen Rider Woz! WOZ!\u201d All the Kamen Riders were ready! Decade charged at them, but Zi-O and Geiz tripped him up while Woz pinned him down once he hit the floor. The one thing they all forgot was never let Decade reach his Ride-booker. He opened the book on his left and drew a card, then inserted it into the Decadriver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAttack Ride: Slash!\u201d it announced. The Ride-booker then unfolded into a sword and he slashed at the Riders pinning him down. He got up and ran out of the TARDIS!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cSTOP!\u201d called Zi-O as he and his friends rushed out after Decade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cNO! PLEASE! GET BACK-!\u201d protested the Doctor. She growled when they didn\u2019t listen. \u201cRassilon, Amy, William, stay here and monitor the situation!\u201d she ordered as she left.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
