Lord Dominator\u2019s ship fired on the skullship as they fled! The smaller ship didn\u2019t have the firepower to take on something so heavily armed, the insurance wouldn\u2019t cover it! Lord Dominator\u2019s ship then shot the skullship\u2019s engines and halted it! Inside the skullship was pandemonium as Watchdogs and Daleks prepared for a potential boarding scenario. The ship rocked as a docking tube clamped onto it. The Watchdogs and Daleks were pointing their guns down the corridor leading to the skullship\u2019s tongue, the blast doors sealing the way off. The Watchdogs gripped their weapons as the Daleks\u2019 limbs and eyestalks twitched. Sparks then flew from the blast doors as if someone on the other side was cutting through them! The doors then exploded and infected Daleks swarmed in, along with various robots of different types. The robots and infected Daleks were the better shots, sadly, as many Watchdogs and Daleks fell to their firepower. \u201cWITHDRAW!\u201d called a Dalek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cREGROUP!\u201d shouted another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cYOU HEARD THEM! FALL BACK!\u201d shouted a Watchdog. It became a running firefight as Dominator\u2019s forces swarmed the hall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThere isn\u2019t going to be enough time to process all this data!\u201d wailed Peepers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWe must move all data onto an external drive!\u201d replied the Dalek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWay ahead of you!\u201d called the Doctor as she held the sonic screwdriver to the computer console. \u201cThere!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAll data is downloaded onto your sonic probe?\u201d asked the Dalek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAll of it!\u201d confirmed the Doctor. \u201cAnd it\u2019s a sonic screwdriver, thank you.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cDoctor, here!\u201d called Peepers as he handed the Doctor a set of keys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWhat-?!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cCommander Peepers is correct! Your survival is paramount!\u201d barked the Dalek. \u201cYou must leave this ship! Take all research with you!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cBut my friends-!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cPeepers, where\u2019s the Doctor?!\u201d called Hater over the comms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWith me, Sir!\u201d replied Peepers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI\u2019ve got her friends waiting at my van! Wander and Sylvia are staying with us to hold Dominator off!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cUnderstood, Sir! I\u2019m bringing the Doctor now!\u201d Peepers ended the call.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI will give covering fire!\u201d barked the Dalek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThank you, that would be appreciated,\u201d replied the Doctor. \u201cPeepers, the van, please?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThis way!\u201d called Peepers. As he led everyone out, the Dalek turned and shot the computers in order to slow down any attempts by Dominator to hack it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lord Dominator, a terrifying figure, both in the suit, and showing off her real body. Lord Dominator had activated her suit and had torn a Dalek\u2019s limbs off, scaring the creature. One of her bots then arrived. \u201cSearch of main computer core: complete. No anti-viral research detected.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWhere is your friend?!\u201d demanded Lord Dominator, her helmet\u2019s voice modulator making her sound masculine. \u201cWhat have you done with the Time Lord?!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cDaleks are not friends with any Time Lord!\u201d replied her prisoner. \u201cWe are in a temporary alliance with Lord Hater to discuss trade!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cIf you\u2019re here to discuss trade, then where\u2019s your ambassador?!\u201d Lord Dominator punched through the Dalek\u2019s midsection, then pulled her hand out, tearing the Dalek out of its casing. The sudden shock of being disconnected from its nutrient feed killed the creature. Lord Dominator tossed it aside. She then deactivated her suit and revealed her lime green skin and black dress with a thigh slit. \u201cTear this monument to tackiness apart until you find the Time Lord and all the research they\u2019ve conducted!\u201d she ordered her bots in her natural voice. \u201cAnd bring me the passengers! I want them ALIVE!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Peepers and the Dalek brought the Doctor to the hangar where Hater\u2019s van was parked. Hater was there with Amy, Lurra Rus, Draykor, and Demurra. \u201cDOCTOR!\u201d called Amy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cCan anyone drive a van?!\u201d called the Doctor as she flashed the keys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cGimme!\u201d replied Demurra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cDoctor, you\u2019re our last hope!\u201d said Hater. \u201cWe\u2019ll delay Dominator as long as we can! GO!\u201d Everyone piled into the van and Demurra started the engine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cOpening hangar doors!\u201d reported the Dalek. The hangar opened and the van flew off into space! Just in time too! Dominator\u2019s forces attacked! They destroyed the Dalek and stunned Hater and Peepers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cTheir condition is non-fatal,\u201d said a bot. \u201cInform Lord Dominator that we have prisoners.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Hater and Peepers were brought to the bridge. Hater looked to his left to see\u2026 \u201cLord Dominator!\u201d he hissed. \u201cOnly you would be so bold! The Galactic Villain Alliance will not sit still for this! When they realize that you attacked me for no-!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cDon\u2019t act so surprised, bone-breath!\u201d replied Dominator. \u201cThere IS a reason for my attack and you know it! You brought a Time Lord aboard this janky ship! I want to know what research they\u2019ve conducted against my virus!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI don\u2019t know what you\u2019re talking about!\u201d snarled Hater. \u201cI\u2019m busy conducting trade negotiations with the Da-!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cYou and the Daleks are trying to find a cure for my virus and roped the Time Lord into helping you! Bots, take them away!\u201d The bots escorted Hater and Peepers to Dominator\u2019s ship. One of the bots stayed behind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWarning,\u201d it advised, \u201cholding Hater and Peepers is dangerous. Their victory thanks to Wander has made them the leader of an alliance of villains that will obey Hater.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI have traced the origin of the time corridor net to this ship,\u201d replied Dominator. \u201cNow they remain my only link to the Time Lord they tried to ensnare.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThey will die before they tell you anything.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cLeave that to me. Send a distress signal and then inform the GVA that all aboard were killed.\u201d Another bot then approached Dominator. This one was one of the bots that stormed the hangar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cLord Dominator, there were five passengers of this ship that did not stay. All likely evidence is that they used Lord Hater\u2019s tacky van to escape. The missing passengers are King Draykor, Princess Demurra, Lurra Rus, Amy Rose, and the Doctor.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThe Doctor?!\u201d asked Lord Dominator. \u201cSo, my virus forced them to work with their greatest enemy! They must have taken that van to escape. Send a detachment to find them, Command Bot 43. See to it personally. There\u2019ll be no one to stop me this time!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The van made its way back to Draykor\u2019s castle. Everyone got out and entered the castle. \u201cWe have to save them!\u201d urged Draykor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAnd we will, but I need to get started!\u201d replied the Doctor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThere\u2019s a lab in the basement!\u201d offered Demurra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cPerfect! Now, let\u2019s get going! I\u2019ll explain what I learned as I go!\u201d Everyone then went into the lab. \u201cNow, Lord Dominator managed to get ahold of a virus that the Daleks encountered before. A while ago, the Daleks were at war with the Movellans, a race of humanoid robots. Both sides were so reliant on logic that the war was a deadlock. Each time one side attempted a stratagem, it was instantly anticipated and countered by the other\u2019s battle computer. The Daleks brought back Davros to try and reintroduce some illogical thinking, but my first encounter with the Movellans resulted in them discovering the Daleks\u2019 true nature as biological organisms in tanks. The Movellans developed a virus which exclusively attacked Dalek tissue. The Dalek fleet was destroyed and those who survived went to separate parts of the universe to avoid further infection and work on a cure. After a period of factionalism, the Daleks found a cure and fought against the Movellans again, winning their new war. Lord Dominator must have stumbled across a sample of the Movellan Virus and mutated it with Volcanium X, making a new strain that the Daleks hadn\u2019t accounted for.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAnd you\u2019re making a cure for them?\u201d asked Lurra Rus. \u201cWhat happens after that? Do you think they\u2019ll leave us alone?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI doubt it, and I\u2019m not creating a cure for the Daleks, per se.\u201d The Doctor\u2019s friends looked at each other, wondering what was going on in her head.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On Lord Dominator\u2019s ship, Wander, Hater, Peepers, Sylvia, and the Dalek Supreme were in a cell. The Dalek Supreme looked outside the cell bars. \u201c\u2026My Daleks\u2026corrupted!\u201d it said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cLord Dominator\u2019s really lost it!\u201d shuddered Peepers. \u201cWhat if she makes a virus that infects US?!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cDon\u2019t,\u201d muttered Hater. \u201cI\u2019m depressed enough as it is.\u201d Wander looked at the sorry state of affairs, then pulled a banjo out of his hat somehow. He then began strumming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWander, is now really the time?\u201d asked Sylvia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cMy fair Hatey, pick your chin up,<\/em>\u201d sang Wander.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cThings are bound to get better.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Yeah, the gal of your dreams,<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Is still deadly it seems,<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n And it\u2019s still good you didn\u2019t wind up together.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cCease singing!\u201d ordered the Dalek Supreme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cMy Fair Dalley, don\u2019t you give up.<\/em>\u201d The Dalek Supreme looked at Wander in confusion. \u201cDalley\u201d wasn\u2019t a word usually used by non-Daleks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cIt ain\u2019t a total disaster.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Hey, it\u2019s still the Doctor\u2019s go,<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n She\u2019ll put on a show,<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n And do a lot of fun stuff we\u2019ll get to laugh at after.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Seems like you\u2019re becoming,<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Becoming people a little less full of hate!<\/em>\u201d Peepers and Sylvia looked at each other in disbelief.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cSure, Dominator\u2019s got an unstoppable army,<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n And a\u2026maniacaldeterminationtodestroyourwholegalaxy,<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n But you know what I think is great?<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cPlease listen to the Dalek!\u201d Hater begged quietly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cI\u2019m talking about buddies!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Sure seems like we\u2019re becoming friends!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Buddies!<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cWe are not \u2018buddies\u2019!\u201d insisted the Dalek Supreme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cAnd buddies stay buddies \u2018til the very end!<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cSilence!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cI know you\u2019ll try to deny it!<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cI speak the truth!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cChase me round the galaxy and try to hide it!<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cYou will be silent!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cWe\u2019re buddies.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cEXTERMINATE!\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Lord Dominator\u2019s ship fired on the skullship as they fled!
