\u201cYeah, and he\u2019s right ahead of us!\u201d warned Goku, a determined look crossing his face. And he was. The Doctor arched an eyebrow, her scientific curiosity at the forefront.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cMost intriguing,\u201d she muttered about the figure ahead of them. \u201cExo-skeletal structure, vague cross between a humanoid and an insect\u2026and a stinger as well, hidden under the wings-.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cYou shouldn\u2019t be here, Cell!\u201d snarled Goku as he got into a fighting stance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cOh, come on, Goku,\u201d chuckled Cell. \u201cI can go where I wish.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cYeah, well it didn\u2019t get you far now, did it?!\u201d taunted Bulma. \u201cThis is Age 782 and-!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cYou are, insect,\u201d replied Beerus as he stepped forward with the usual swagger of a god. \u201cBut I\u2019m halfway tempted to just destroy you right here and now.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cTrust me, you\u2019re as imperfect as a human.\u201d Beerus raised his hand. \u201cHakai.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cBEERUS, NO-!\u201d called the Doctor. Then\u2026painful feedback ripped up Beerus\u2019 arm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWhat in-?!\u201d spluttered the God of Destruction. \u201cHow-?!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cHis death IS set in stone, my Lord,\u201d reminded Whis. \u201cHakai can\u2019t be used on someone who is fated to die.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cDEATH?! IMPOSSIBLE!\u201d shouted Cell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWhis, you-!\u201d The Doctor ran her hand down her face in frustration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWelp, cat\u2019s out of the bag,\u201d remarked Bulma. \u201cYeah, Cell, you died in Age 767, at the hands of Gohan. He destroyed everything, right down to your nucleus. We used the Dragonballs to wish everyone back, and that included Androids 17 and 18.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cGohan is a coward who hates fighting!\u201d argued Cell. \u201cI couldn\u2019t possibly die to him!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWell, believe it or not, your acceptance doesn\u2019t matter,\u201d said the Doctor. \u201cYour memory of this time will be wiped and you\u2019ll be returned to your proper point in time.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI don\u2019t think so, Madam!\u201d Cell conjured energy in his fingertips. \u201cMAKANK\u014cSAPP\u014c!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cEVERYBODY OUT OF HERE!\u201d shouted Goku. Cell fired a beam of energy with a spiral around it. Everyone except Kirby leapt out of the way. Kirby simply opened his mouth and inhaled the attack. Cell goggled at the scene in front of him. Kirby swallowed the attack and leapt into the air, spinning for a bit before a red ribbon with a star on it appeared and tied itself into a headband for Kirby. Kirby then punched the air in front of him and assumed a fighting stance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAnd the Copy Abilities come into play!\u201d complained Beerus as Whis looked into his staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cIt looks like, on his native Popstar, that form\u2019s called Fighter Kirby,\u201d remarked the angel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cFighter Kirby?!\u201d asked Goku excitedly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cNow look what you\u2019ve done, Whis!\u201d grumbled Beerus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cGoku, save your fighting instincts for Cell,\u201d directed the Doctor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cIs he always looking for a fight?\u201d Tysar whispered to the Doctor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cIt\u2019s Saiyan nature AND nurture,\u201d sighed the Doctor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cOh, a Saiyan. Yeah, that makes sense.\u201d Tysar nodded as she recalled what Thal Intelligence said about Saiyans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cYou\u2019re seriously throwing a pink puffball at me?\u201d scoffed Cell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cDid you not see him swallow your attack?!\u201d protested Beerus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI\u2019ll take him on!\u201d insisted Cell as he threw a punch at Kirby\u2026only for Kriby to roll out of the way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cRISING BREAK!\u201d called Kirby as he delivered an energy charged uppercut to Cell\u2019s jaw. Cell was sent flying, much to his surprise. He caught himself in the air and goggled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cOkay, time! Time out!\u201d he called. \u201cHow is that pink puffball capable of that level of strength?!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI\u2019d rather not explain,\u201d replied the Doctor. \u201cWhis, we need to retreat. He\u2019s the exact opposite of cooperative.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cYes, I quite agree,\u201d remarked Whis. The Doctor then grabbed Kirby. \u201cOh no! Not this time!\u201d insisted Whis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWhis, get over your cowardice of Kirby and get us out of here!\u201d snapped the Doctor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cSee here-!\u201d protested Whis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cKa\u2026me\u2026\u201d said Cell. Everyone looked back to see that he had stretched his arms out and cupped his hands. He then pulled the hands to the right of his waist. \u201cHa\u2026me\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWHIS! NOW!\u201d called Goku. Whis surrounded everyone, even Kirby, in a bubble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cHAAAAAAAA!\u201d Cell thrust out his hands and fired a huge stream of energy. Thankfully, the bubble vanished in time. Cell growled to himself. \u201cSo that\u2019s a thing! \u2026Well, I\u2019d better fix things and not waste time on the Cell Games in this new era!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The group ended up in another part of the plains outside the city. \u201cNot exactly ideal, but the best we can do, given the circumstances,\u201d muttered the Doctor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cPoyo?\u201d asked Kirby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cRight, we\u2019d better fill you in, Kirby,\u201d said the Doctor. \u201cYou see, you were taken out of your time and place, just like Cell. You came from this world\u2019s future while Cell came from the past. We\u2019re trying to send Cell back and wipe his mind so history can proceed as normal. With you, we don\u2019t need to wipe your mind. \u2026And Whis and his \u2018Master\u2019, Beerus, seem to be afraid of you, for some reason.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAsk Kirby about Nightmare! Dark Matter! Zero!\u201d insisted Beerus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cOr Dark Mind! Dark Nebula! Star Dream!\u201d continued Whis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cVoid Termina! Fecto Elfilis! Galactic Nova!\u201d finished Beerus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAll of those had rather wicked ambitions, right?\u201d asked the Doctor. \u201cI know Fecto Elfilis did. \u2026Kirby, did you really beat Fecto Elfilis?\u201d Kirby nodded. \u201cOoh, I\u2019d like the details!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cDoctor, do we really have time to do that?\u201d asked Tysar. \u201cWe still need to figure out how to deal with Cell.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201c\u2026I should have something to help in that regard,\u201d mused the Doctor. \u201cBut I\u2019d need another Time Lord to help and they\u2019re all on Gallifrey trying to help with the Grouping.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThen Rassilon was successful?\u201d asked Whis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cShe asked for my help, but yes. \u2026Wait a minute\u2026\u201d The Doctor then snapped her fingers. \u201cI need to get back to the TARDIS!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cDoctor?\u201d asked Tysar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cTrust me, there\u2019s something in there we can use to solve this situation!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cRight then, back to Capsule Corp,\u201d said Beerus. \u201cWhis-.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOh, very well. But when we fight Cell, it\u2019s going to be Goku bringing us there.\u201d Whis made his bubble and everyone vanished.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At Capsule Corp, a short, black-haired man with his hair pulled up to the sky and wearing blue spandex and white armor was looking around the place. \u201cEarth Woman, where are you?!\u201d he demanded. He arrived at the balcony and saw the TARDIS. \u201c\u2026What\u2019s Bulma bought now?!\u201d growled the man. Whis\u2019 bubble then appeared and everyone arrived. \u201cThere you are!\u201d snapped the man when he saw Bulma. The Doctor goggled when she saw the man.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThat\u2019s impossible!\u201d she whispered. \u201cY-You perished along with your planet, King Vegeta!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201c\u2026You know of my people, then?\u201d asked the man. \u201cI\u2019m not my father. I\u2019m Prince Vegeta.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAh, yes, the crown prince,\u201d realized the Doctor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cBulma, what\u2019s with the blue box?!\u201d Vegeta demanded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cYou know about the Time Kings, Vegeta?\u201d asked Goku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThank you, your Highness,\u201d said the Doctor. \u201cOne second! Er, could someone fill Vegeta in on the current crisis?\u201d She dashed into the TARDIS. As she searched for\u2026whatever it was she was searching for, everyone filled Vegeta in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThat\u2019s how the Devourer got here,\u201d shuddered Beerus as he pointed at Kirby. Whis took a step to the side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI don\u2019t think so,\u201d replied the Doctor as she came out, carrying a Time Lord Collar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
