The Krynoid turned to see the entire group. The Paradigm Drone Dalek entered the room and spotted the creature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cEXTERMINATE!\u201d it shouted and fired! The Krynoid was knocked back, then ran out of the hole it made in the wall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cOh, looky!\u201d grunted the Doctor. \u201cAnother target Daleks can\u2019t kill, a healthy Krynoid!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWe have to get Demna-!\u201d urged Tavis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cDemna\u2019s gone,\u201d replied the Doctor. \u201cThe Krynoid\u2019s consumed EVERYTHING about him. His flesh, his mind, his very SOUL!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cDoctor, you said that Krynoids can control plants,\u201d said Sailor Pluto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAlert! Alert! Vegetation ensnaring lab!\u201d warned the Dalek as vines covered the hole the Krynoid made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cBettan<\/em>, receiving you, Sir!\u201d replied another voice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cThe situation\u2019s bad!\u201d reported Tavis. \u201cPrepare for takeoff!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cWhat about you?!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cNever mind me!\u201d urged Tavis. \u201cDr. Vrelan had created a Krynoid and has tested on Daleks! One Dalek survivor already shot him, the rest of the science team were fed to the Krynoid! Vrelan was a Reclamationist! Get out of there, NOW! The jungle will literally turn against you! Good luck.\u201d The call ended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cDoctor, the TARDIS!\u201d warned Tysar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cI\u2019ll get you to the TARDIS when this is over, Doctor,\u201d promised Sailor Pluto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cYou see? The Krynoid grabbed the Dalek and crushed it like a tin can.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201c\u2026Well, that\u2019s a distress signal sent out to the wrong crowd,\u201d muttered the Doctor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cThe Daleks cannot stop us,\u201d replied the Krynoid. \u201cSkaro will be ours. We shall consume all animal life-.\u201d Just then, something big and metal struck the Krynoid from behind. The Krynoid turned to see a metal T-rex robot staring it down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201c\u2026Isn\u2019t that the-?\u201d The Doctor realized what was going on. \u201c\u2026Eric!\u201d she grumbled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cDoctor, before you get mad,\u201d said Tysar as she and her group arrived, \u201cEric summoning his Q-Rex Zord was the best option we had for distracting the Krynoid!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cAnd its stasis field attack can immobilize the Krynoid long enough to be destroyed!\u201d urged Sailor Pluto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cSpeaking of which,\u201d said the Quantum Ranger. He held his Morpher to where his mouth would be. \u201cQ-Rex, MEGAZORD MODE!\u201d The Q-Rex Zord then assumed a humanoid form with a missile launcher replacing the right forearm. \u201cNow, MAX BLIZZARD!\u201d The Q-Rex Megazord fired streams of stasis energy from its shoulder at the Krynoid. The Krynoid froze in time, then Sailor Pluto summoned her Garnet Rod, complete with the Garnet Orb on top, and twirled it to create a whirlwind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cDead Scream!\u201d she announced as the wind entered the Garnet Orb, creating a glowing purple ball of energy. She spun once, holding the Garnet Rod before her, and then fired the light purple energy at the temporally frozen Krynoid, destroying it in an explosion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201c\u2026Q-Rex, return,\u201d the Quantum Ranger said into his Morpher. The Q-rex left the scene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cCaptain Tavis, this is the Bettan<\/em>,\u201d came a voice over Tavis\u2019 comms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cGo ahead,\u201d ordered Tavis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cWe\u2019re ready to pick you all up, but it\u2019s going to have to be a quick one! That Dalek sent out a distress signal to the Dalek Fleet currently 500 parsecs from the Skaro System.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cCome on!\u201d called Tavis. Everyone rushed back to the Bettan<\/em> and it took off, leaving Skaro\u2019s atmosphere and entering hyperspace quickly. The new helmsman checked the readings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201c\u2026We\u2019re not being pursued,\u201d he reported. \u201cThe Daleks are too busy with landing on the now\u2026well, for them, safer Skaro.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cYeah, safe isn\u2019t exactly a word I\u2019d use for Skaro,\u201d remarked the Doctor. \u201cNow, with us being in a much safer position, we need to get Sailor Pluto and Eric back.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cI\u2019ll deal with that part, Doctor,\u201d said Sailor Pluto. \u201cTime is also my thing, not just the Time Lords. By the way, congratulations on Gallifrey\u2019s second restoration.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cThank you!\u201d replied the Doctor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cCome along, Eric!\u201d declared Sailor Pluto. \u201cI know you\u2019re a Time Force ranger, but this is a little too far into your future.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cRight,\u201d replied the Quantum Ranger. He then held up his Morpher. \u201cPower Down!\u201d he said. His suit then vanished and he returned to normal. \u201cLater!\u201d he called. Sailor Pluto then used her Garnet Rod to make herself and Eric vanish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cWell, with all that\u2026goodbye,\u201d said the Doctor as she headed back to the TARDIS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Doctor arrived in Engineering and found the TARDIS where she parked it. \u201cThere we are, old girl,\u201d she said to her ship. She then heard footsteps. She looked to see Tavis and Tysar. \u201c\u2026You know me,\u201d the Doctor said. \u201cNo point in long goodbyes.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cBut our job isn\u2019t done yet,\u201d said Tysar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201c\u2026Tysar, I brought you back to your people,\u201d reminded the Doctor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cShe\u2019s right,\u201d remarked Tavis. \u201cYou don\u2019t need to travel with her anymore.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cToo many people are being taken out of their proper times,\u201d insisted Tysar. \u201cI NEED to help them! And so does the Doctor!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cYou don\u2019t need to travel with her!\u201d replied Tavis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cI have a job to do! And now, so do you!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cTysar, you\u2019re choosing to go with a person where death just follows her and you\u2019re very likely going to be a casualty!\u201d Tysar goggled at Tavis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201c\u2026I beg your pardon?\u201d asked the Doctor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cA lot of good people died along with the wicked ones,\u201d said Tavis, looking directly at the Doctor, \u201cand that\u2019s more death than I signed up for.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cTavis, do you really think I wanted today to unfold the way it did?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cNo, Doctor, but I don\u2019t see how you can go on when I can barely stomach it. And Tysar, how can YOU stomach it?!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cI\u2019m in the same boat as the Doctor here!\u201d argued Tysar. \u201cI may not have liked Demna, but I wouldn\u2019t wish his fate on anyone and I doubt-!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cTysar, please,\u201d interrupted the Doctor. She looked at Tavis. \u201c\u2026You\u2019d rather not come with us?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cMy people say that a hero can burn someone like fire if you get too close and, Doctor, I got too close to every Thal\u2019s hero today! \u2026Tysar, please, don\u2019t get too close to the Doctor.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201c\u2026That\u2019s not an option!\u201d hissed Tysar. \u201cNot when the universe needs my help while I\u2019m capable of doing something to help it!\u201d She then rushed to the TARDIS doors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cTysar! He stormed back to the bridge. The Doctor sighed, then entered the TARDIS.
