At this moment, the long-necked inhabitants were being evacuated as their precious secrets of cloning and the cloning plants were being locked down. The younger Clones were being escorted away as the more adult and battle-ready clones in their white, Mandalorian-ish armor were readying weapons. Three beings, two human men and one orange-skinned young girl with white and blue head tails, were coordinating the defenses. \u201cMaster, there\u2019s something I wanna know!\u201d said the orange-skinned girl to one of the human men with a scar on his eye and a mechanical hand. \u201cHow did the Separatists get enough droids to launch a new invasion?!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cDoes it matter, Snips?\u201d asked the man. \u201cWe\u2019ll beat them back as usual!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cGeneral Skywalker!\u201d called a Clone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cRex, what is it?\u201d asked the man, Anakin Skywalker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThe Chancellor\u2019s escape ship was sabotaged!\u201d replied the Clone, Rex. \u201cHe can\u2019t get away!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWhat?!\u201d protested Anakin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWe\u2019ll have to help him,\u201d said the orange-skinned girl, Ahsoka Tano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI\u2019ll get the Chancellor to safety,\u201d said the other man, Obi-Wan Kenobi. \u201cYou focus on the defenses, Anakin. After all, the battlefield is your favorite place.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cYou know me too well, Master,\u201d chuckled Anakin. Obi-Wan took some Clones and led the way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the depths of the city, Tipoca City, an old man in elaborate robes could hear the noise outside his quarters. He growled angrily. What was Dooku thinking? He ordered no attack on Tipoca City! Especially not while he\u2019s here! He would be giving his apprentice a lesson in pain for this! \u2026His grumbling stopped when he heard a noise. It sounded\u2026like a strange whooshing noise, almost like\u2026Vworp? He hadn\u2019t heard that noise before. He looked outside his quarters to see a blue box! What in the name of the Force-?! His internal questions were halted as two women stepped out of the box. \u201cYou\u2019re sure it\u2019s here, Doctor?\u201d asked one of the women, Tysar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cIt was centered around here,\u201d replied the other woman, the Doctor. \u201cNow, we\u2019re somewhere during the Clone Wars, but whereabouts, I-.\u201d The Doctor faltered when she saw the man. \u201c\u2026I\u2026see we\u2019re in the middle of an official visit,\u201d remarked the Doctor. \u201cTysar, allow me to present Sheev Palpatine, the Supreme Chancellor of the Galactic Republic.\u201d Palpatine sensed that the Doctor knew something else about him. How much, he couldn\u2019t say right now, so he simply smiled his usual politician\u2019s smile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cYou\u2019ve both come to Tipoca City at a rather perilous time, dear Ladies,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cTipoca City?\u201d asked the Doctor. \u201cThe capital of Kamino? What are you doing here, Chancellor?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI\u2019m afraid you have me at a disadvantage, Miss\u2026?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI\u2019m usually known as the Doctor. And this is my assistant, Tysar.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cA pleasure,\u201d greeted Tysar. By then, Obi-Wan arrived with a few Clones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cChancellor!\u201d he said. \u201cAre you all right?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cQuite well, Master Kenobi,\u201d replied Palpatine. \u201cThe Doctor and her assistant, Tysar, had accidentally stumbled into Tipoca City.\u201d Obi-Wan saw the two ladies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cA pleasure to meet you, Doctor, Tysar,\u201d he greeted. \u201cI am-.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cGeneral Obi-Wan Kenobi!\u201d whispered the Doctor. \u201cBig fan of your work! Well, the peace-keeping side. I\u2019m sure you understand why I\u2019m a little hesitant to follow your battlefield reports.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cIt\u2019s nice to be famous for something other than battles,\u201d mused Obi-Wan. \u201cNow, what ARE you doing here?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cGeneral Kenobi, this will sound like a threat in this period of war,\u201d said the Doctor, \u201cbut has anyone noticed that someone\u2019s gone missing? I mean, outside of the usual means of going missing during war.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cNo, we\u2019re all still here, Doctor,\u201d replied Obi-Wan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cMight I ask why you want to know?\u201d asked Palpatine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThere\u2019s an event called the Grouping going on,\u201d explained the Doctor. \u201cThese energy waves called chronal surges are plucking people out of their native time zones and dumping them somewhere else in space and time.\u201d Obi-Wan\u2019s brow furrowed. He then pulled out his comms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAnakin, has anyone gone missing?\u201d he asked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cNo, Master, why?\u201d asked Anakin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cA strange woman is saying that such an event might happen,\u201d explained Obi-Wan. Another voice then chimed in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cMasters, this is Ahsoka Tano! You\u2019d better come here quickly!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cOn my way, Padawan!\u201d replied Obi-Wan. He ended the call. \u201cChancellor, your ship was sabotaged. For your own safety, and yours too, Doctor and Tysar, come with me.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cVery well,\u201d sighed Palpatine. He\u2019ll have to figure out who sabotaged his ship later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ahsoka was helping someone onto a stretcher by the time Obi-Wan, Anakin, and their groups arrived. Ahsoka saw the Doctor and Tysar. \u201cWho are they?!\u201d she yelped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI\u2019d quite like to know that myself,\u201d remarked Anakin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThey\u2019re not enemies, I assure you,\u201d soothed Palpatine. \u201cThey answered a few of my questions and made no attempt against me.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThey\u2019re known as the Doctor and Tysar,\u201d said Obi-Wan. \u201cAnd they know about us.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAnakin Skywalker and Rex!\u201d whispered the Doctor almost reverently. \u201cAnd Ahsoka Tano as well!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cYou\u2019re a medic, then?\u201d asked Rex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWell, I have SOME medical knowledge, yes,\u201d replied the Doctor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cYou should take a look,\u201d said Ahsoka as she gestured to the person on the stretcher. The Doctor took a look and gasped. The person was a blonde woman in a blue dress with pointy ears.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cZelda!\u201d whispered the Doctor. \u201cSo that\u2019s who got caught up in the Grouping! Link must be worried!\u201d Zelda stirred and opened her eyes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWh-where\u2026?\u201d she asked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cYou\u2019re in a dangerous point in space-time,\u201d replied the Doctor. Zelda looked at the Doctor, confused. \u201c\u2026You\u2019re Zelda, princess of the kingdom of Hyrule,\u201d said the Doctor. \u201cWhen we met, you were also the sixth segment of the Key to Time, but the White Guardian restored you. You were quite surprised at my TARDIS and said that Amy Rose looked good in black.\u201d Zelda\u2019s eyes then widened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOccupational hazard for a Time Lord,\u201d replied the Doctor. \u201cNow, this isn\u2019t a safe place for you. You were taken by a chronal surge, an energy wave that plucks people out of their native time zone and into another. You\u2019ve arrived to a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWell, I\u2019m sure you can take me back,\u201d chuckled Zelda. Just then, a Clone trooper arrived.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cSirs!\u201d he said. \u201cThe enemy is landing!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cBattle positions!\u201d ordered Anakin. \u201cDoctor, you and your friends stay with us! Sorry to say, that goes for you too, Chancellor.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cVery well,\u201d agreed Palpatine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Everyone had taken up positions to defend Tipoca City. Anakin had just received a call. \u201cSir, the enemy has punched through our fleet!\u201d warned the Admiral coordinating the fleet. \u201cThey\u2019re making planet-fall now!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cReady!\u201d ordered Anakin. The Clones aimed their weapons at the skies. The ships broke through the clouds and made their way to the landing platforms. The Doctor and Tysar goggled in horror.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThey shouldn\u2019t be here!\u201d whispered the Doctor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cDoctor, they can\u2019t possibly have that level of time travel!\u201d gulped Tysar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cDon\u2019t worry,\u201d replied Rex. \u201cWe\u2019ll take care of the Clankers!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cRex, you\u2019re out of your depth here!\u201d urged the Doctor. \u201cThese aren\u2019t the battle droids of the Confederacy!\u201d The enemy vessels opened and out stomped the soldiers of the enemy. The Clones were confused at seeing their domed helmets. They were as tightly coordinated as any Clone Battalion. The leader of the enemy soldiers took his helmet off as did his second-in-command. The Clones saw that they were organic and had heads shaped like potatoes\u2026and had evidence of cloning like the Clone Army!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cDoctor, you know those creatures?\u201d asked Obi-Wan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201c\u2026The Sontarans!\u201d replied the Doctor. \u201cA clone army more dedicated to war than the GAR or the Battle Droids!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cBreathe in the air, my soldiers!\u201d said the lead Sontaran. \u201cTheir fear is rank in Tipoca City! Onwards! To domination!\u201d He then pulled out a cylinder and pressed a button, creating a blade of red light! \u201cSONTAR HA!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cSONTAR HA! SONTAR HA! SONTAR HA!\u201d chanted the Sontarans. All the while, the Doctor was stunned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThat can\u2019t be right! He must have stolen that lightsaber!\u201d she shuddered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cHe\u2019s picked the color of an easy target!\u201d replied Anakin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cGeneral Skywalker, one single Sontaran is more clever than any battalion of Battle Droids!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThen we\u2019re on equal footing,\u201d replied Obi-Wan. \u201cBut let\u2019s not go in lightsabers blazing.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cMaster, you can\u2019t be serious!\u201d protested Anakin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cNo, let\u2019s let Obi-Wan and I talk to the Sontarans,\u201d said the Doctor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cYou can\u2019t-!\u201d argued Ahsoka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cTrust me, Ahsoka. I know the Sontarans of old.\u201d The Doctor then strode forward. Obi-Wan followed her. The Sontaran leader\u2019s second-in-command pointed the two out to him. The Sontaran leader then leveled his lightsaber at them. \u201cI will be addressing the leader of the Sontarans!\u201d called the Doctor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThat would be me!\u201d replied the Sontaran leader. \u201cYour clothes do not match the time period of the Clone Wars!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cYeah, fashion evolves, even among us Time Lords.\u201d The Sontaran leader goggled in surprise, then chuckled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
