\u201cOne of the six Infinity Stones, Bats,\u201d replied Iron Man. \u201cAs advertised, it can control time for the user. Bring it and the other five Infinity Stones together, the whole universe is your playground. That\u2019s what a guy called Thanos wants them for.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThanos didn\u2019t last long against the Daleks,\u201d remarked Wonder Woman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI take it I was gunned down by them,\u201d said Batman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cNo, thankfully,\u201d replied Wonder Woman. \u201cIt was just old age that took you and our friends.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cBatman, your hunch was right,\u201d said a woman\u2019s voice. \u201cThe Joker\u2019s got his own plans for the time stone.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cHey, lady, how do you know about the time stone?!\u201d snarled Wolverine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI can hear everything, Logan,\u201d replied Oracle. Wolverine snarled and was ready to unsheathe his claws. \u201cIn any event, the Joker\u2019s planning on taking over the plan. That\u2019s why he went after the Gotham City Renaissance Art Collection. He\u2019s using the art pieces as a sort of temporal map and intends to use the time stone to send Daleks into those eras. Before that, though, he intends to inject them with his Joker Venom.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI know he\u2019s mad,\u201d said the Doctor, \u201cbut Dalek casings have all sorts of defenses to protect the internal creature. He\u2019d need to dissect one in order to figure out how to infect one with his Joker Venom and he\u2019ll lose a lot of men in the attempt.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cHe won\u2019t care,\u201d replied Batman. \u201cAll just to build up to the sick punchline.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cHe\u2019s just doing this because he can? That\u2019s his justification?\u201d asked Tysar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThat\u2019s his justification for anything,\u201d answered Batman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWell, even if he succeeds, I\u2019m positive I don\u2019t want to see the results of a Jokerized Dalek,\u201d remarked the Doctor. She then noticed something. \u201cUm, we\u2019re going to-.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cYes,\u201d said Batman. They then went through a waterfall beneath Wayne Manor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cBatman, are you sure-?\u201d asked Wonder Woman as she pointed to Iron Man and Wolverine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cOh, we already know each other\u2019s identities,\u201d replied Iron Man. \u201cTends to happen when you\u2019re genius billionaire playboy philanthropists.\u201d Batman then parked the Batmobile in its usual place in the Batcave. \u201cSo, Brucie, what\u2019s the plan?\u201d asked Iron Man.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWell, Stark Naked,\u201d replied Batman, \u201cthere\u2019s another reason why the Joker stole those paintings. Unlike us, money isn\u2019t easy to come by for him, and he needs it until he fulfills his grand design.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cSo he\u2019s gonna sell renaissance art off when he\u2019s done with that map of his?\u201d asked Wolverine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cIt won\u2019t do him any good,\u201d replied the Doctor. \u201cIf he sends a Jokerized Dalek into the time period the painting was born in, it will vanish.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWell, that WOULD make my part harder,\u201d said Batman as he took off the cowl. Alfred then arrived.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cMaster Bruce, I-.\u201d He stopped when he saw the guests. \u201c\u2026Mr. Stark,\u201d he began. \u201cMr. Howlett. Your Highness. And welcome back, Doctor and Miss Tysar. I would have thought you\u2019d be back home.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cNot until the Grouping is settled, Alfred,\u201d replied Tysar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAs a matter of fact, that\u2019s why these three are here,\u201d said the Doctor as she gestured to Iron Man, Wolverine, and Wonder Woman. \u201cThe boys are from 2027 while Wonder Woman\u2019s from 2167. It\u2019s a ghastly future, but it\u2019s a future humanity will overcome.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cSo you can see why we need to find the Doctor\u2019s TARDIS as well as stop the Joker and Loki,\u201d said Wonder Woman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cOh, I can easily tell you where the TARDIS is, Doctor,\u201d said Alfred. \u201cIt is currently in Master Bruce\u2019s office, but it materialized around his desk whilst I was dusting it. I took the liberty of dusting the console room before I left.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201c\u2026I\u2019m guessing the time stone is called as such because it controls time,\u201d said Alfred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThat\u2019s correct, old friend,\u201d replied Diana. \u201cThe Joker plans to use it to swipe aliens that invaded at least ten years ago in my time and inject them with Joker Venom, then send them into different points in the Renaissance.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Joker and Loki arrived in their hotel room, littered with paintings covered by cloths. \u201cI still say we need to get my spear back!\u201d urged Loki.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cSo, that Doctor and the other members of the cape and costume crowd are with you too!\u201d The Joker allowed himself a giggle. \u201cWell, you all had better stay there!
