The Doctor continued checking readings on the console. \u201c\u2026Five? \u2026Wait a minute, it\u2019s two chronal surges\u2026ah! One of them took a group of four! 19\u202688! And the other\u20262012! Perfect! Now to find out who they all are! \u2026And see if there\u2019s a trace of Omega to follow.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cDoctor?\u201d asked Tysar as she and Sty entered the console room. Sty looked like she was still processing how big the TARDIS could get.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cJust double-checking the readings,\u201d replied the Doctor. She then caught sight of a reading. \u201c\u2026Sty, your PAK\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWhat about it?\u201d asked Sty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cYou\u2019ve limited it to defensive capabilities, I see,\u201d explained the Doctor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cGuns didn\u2019t exactly save Irk, so what\u2019s the point?\u201d asked Sty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201c\u2026Fair enough. I personally don\u2019t like guns anyway. In any event, we\u2019re about to approach our destination.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In a secluded part of an island, an 11-year-old boy was working on something. This boy\u2026did not have the usual human features. Oh, he had the human body type, but he had natural eyebags, red eyes, white hair, and pale skin. This wasn\u2019t a normal albino human. No, this was someone with actual sinister intentions. He slipped a device onto the back of his hand, then turned a black dial with a red hourglass on the device which activated a hologram of another life-form. He turned the dial again and another life-form appeared. The boy grinned. \u201cExcellent!\u201d he praised himself. \u201cAfter being stuck on Galvan for so long, I\u2019ve finally recreated the Omnitrix! No, once again, I\u2019ve exceeded it!\u201d The boy then looked himself over. \u201c\u2026Now if only it would restore me to my proper Galvan state-!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cTrouble?\u201d asked a voice. It sounded like a woman with vengeance on her mind and barely trying to hide it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201c\u2026Something like that,\u201d replied the boy. \u201cMy Ultimatrix is still synced to the original Omnitrix. The Galvan form is still a part of a mere playlist.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThen you\u2019re back at square one,\u201d said the woman as she stepped out of the shadows, revealing her burn scars underneath her leather trenchcoat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cOnly until I get my hands on the Omnitrix,\u201d corrected the boy. \u201cI can use it to reset my Ultimatrix, then the human form will be a mere playlist setting.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cYou speak as though that\u2019s a simple task. Admit it, Albedo, we NEED each other.\u201d The boy, the former Galvan scientist known as Albedo, growled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cNo, Controller! I need the Omnitrix, and you Xiliens WANT it. I suffered from an alliance like that with Vilgax before!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI DON\u2019T want the Omnitrix!\u201d snarled the woman, the Xilien Controller. \u201cWhat use would that be in a war?! I want Monster Zero One\u2019s head on a pike! And I want revenge on that Doctor!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201c\u2026Doctor?\u201d asked Albedo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cA Time Lord. Travels in a blue box!\u201d explained the Xilien Controller. Albedo then recalled something. \u2026Back on Galvan, Azmuth DID work with someone that traveled in a blue box. He then pondered if Time Lord DNA was on any active playlists. He checked his Ultimatrix\u2026and saw it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cSo that doctor IS a Time Lord!\u201d he chuckled to himself. \u201cIt seems our interests align, Controller.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In an extinct volcano, there was a huge cave. In that cave resides a huge creature. The creature is usually described as a bipedal lizard with charcoal gray scales, oak-leaf dorsal plates, and sharp teeth and talons. Right now\u2026the creature was sleeping. His snores shook the cave. Then\u2026he heard a noise. The creature slowly opened his amber eyes to see something fade into existence. It was a blue box\u2026and oddly familiar. The doors of the box opened and out stepped the Doctor, Tysar, and Sty. \u201cLet\u2019s see, we\u2019ll need to start wiiiiiHELLO!\u201d The Doctor\u2019s sudden word change was caused by looking directly at the creature. Tysar and Sty goggled as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201c\u2026Kaiju?!\u201d gulped Sty. \u201cEarth has kaiju?!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cA wide variety of them,\u201d confirmed the Doctor, \u201cwith this one being the King of the Monsters. His name is Godzilla.\u201d Godzilla rumbled as he fixed his gaze on the Doctor. She seemed\u2026yes, he remembered seeing her before. Her and that shape-shifter helped him against his clone. \u201cListen, Godzilla,\u201d said the Doctor, \u201cwe\u2019re still dealing with a mess that involves people or kaiju being taken out of time-zones and into new ones. If we could\u2026exit your cave and investigate?\u201d Godzilla stared a bit more\u2026then grunted in annoyance as he shut his eyes. He was getting way too old for that nonsense. Better to let the ants deal with the mess THEY started. At least he wasn\u2019t getting blamed for it. \u201cYou\u2019re a diamond!\u201d thanked the Doctor. \u201cCome along, you two.\u201d The group then left the cave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sty waited until they were a good distance away before she started shaking in terror with Tysar. \u201cThat was too close!\u201d yelped the Irken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThose teeth were huge!\u201d gulped Tysar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cCould have landed in a better place,\u201d muttered the Doctor. \u201cThen again, he didn\u2019t stomp on us. Now, let\u2019s see\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cDoctor?!\u201d asked a voice. The group turned around to see a Japanese woman approaching them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cDr. Sato!\u201d greeted the Doctor. \u201cTysar, Sty, meet Dr. Sato of UNIT\u2019s Japanese branch!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cUnit\u2026unit,\u201d muttered Sty. \u201c\u2026Oh! Tallest Zim once talked about UNIT when the Zygons pretty much ordered both him and Tallest Tak to wait until later to fight the Civil War!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThat\u2019s it!\u201d confirmed the Doctor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201c\u2026Don\u2019t tell me you were there for it.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI played a small part in it. Now, onto business! Dr. Sato, I\u2019m afraid my arrival on Monster Island isn\u2019t a social call. Remember how I explained how SpaceGodzilla arrived in 2025?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cA chronal surge, yes?\u201d asked Dr. Sato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cBingo! Well, there\u2019s two centered around here. One of them took a group from the 80\u2019s, the other took someone from 2012.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWe\u2019ll take a look. Right now, though, perhaps you can settle a mystery. You see, we had recently encountered a man calling himself Omega and-.\u201d By then, the Doctor seized Dr. Sato by the shoulders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWhere and when did he go?!\u201d she demanded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cDoctor?!\u201d gulped Dr. Sato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cDr. Sato, this is the same Omega that took UNIT HQ to an anti-matter universe in 1973! You must have read reports about that from the Brigadier!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cTh-The reports said that Omega used to be a Time Lord!\u201d confirmed Sato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAnd now he IS one again! Now where and when did he go?!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cW-We don\u2019t know! He left something behind that we can\u2019t translate!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cLovely. We\u2019d better find the chronal surge victims, get them home, then maybe the TARDIS translator circuits can puzzle it out! Is there still a presence on Monster Island?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cYes, but-!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cHave them move my TARDIS from Godzilla\u2019s cave! We landed there in pursuit of-!\u201d A stream of orange light with a ribbon of blue light then whizzed over everyone\u2019s heads, interrupting the Doctor. \u201c\u2026A proton stream?\u201d asked the Doctor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cGET AWAY FROM ME! I\u2019M NOT A GHOST!\u201d wailed a raspy voice. \u2026A figure that sure looked like a ghost then flew out of the trees. It had the stereotypical ghost tail, green chains coiled around it and clasped at the neck and wrists, and a single green eye. The Doctor then saw the black circle with a green hourglass design on it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cBen?!\u201d yelped the Doctor. The creature then moved its eye along one of the black lines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cDoctor?!\u201d rasped the ghost-creature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cBen Tennyson! It IS you!\u201d cheered the Doctor. \u201cOkay, a few questions. What are you doing here? Why are you an Ectonurite? Who was that firing that proton-?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cOVER THERE!\u201d called a voice. Four men then burst from the bushes, carrying large packs with rifle-like wands attached to the packs via a hose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAsk a silly question, get a silly answer,\u201d sighed the Doctor. She then got between the men and the ghost creature, Ben 10 as Ghostfreak. \u201cGentlemen, gentlemen, believe it or not, that\u2019s not a ghost you\u2019re shooting at.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cLady, get out of the way!\u201d protested the de-facto leader of the group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cDr. Venkman, if you and your fellow Ghostbusters will lower your weapons, I can explain everything.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThe Ghostbusters?\u201d asked Ghostfreak. \u201cYou mean they were real?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAs real as the Omnitrix, Ben,\u201d replied the Doctor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cHold on a minute, Peter,\u201d said the Ghostbuster with the glasses. \u201cI think there\u2019s more to this situation than we realize.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cEgon, you can\u2019t be serious!\u201d protested the one black man of the group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cHopefully, he\u2019s as serious as back when we had to fight Gurast and the Sontarans, Winston,\u201d remarked the Doctor. All four Ghostbusters goggled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201c\u2026Madame, how do you know about that?\u201d asked the last fellow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cDoctor, you met these gentlemen before?\u201d asked Sty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cDoctor?\u201d asked Peter Venkman. \u201cLady that travels through time in a blue box?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThat same blue box is over in that cave,\u201d replied the Doctor as she pointed out Godzilla\u2019s cave, \u201cbut I wouldn\u2019t go in there, not with a kaiju trying to nap in there.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cBut\u2026HOW?!\u201d asked Venkman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cRemember that I\u2019ve got alien biology?\u201d asked the Doctor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI\u2019m afraid it\u2019s true,\u201d said Ghostfreak. \u201cTime Lords tend to change their face when they\u2019re about to die.\u201d Just then, the Omnitrix symbol beeped. \u201cOh, NOW you time out on me!\u201d grumbled Ghostfreak. A green light surrounded him and he turned back into a young man with brown hair, green eyes, and what looked like a smartwatch on his left wrist. \u201cReal funny there!\u201d grumbled the man, Ben Tennyson. The last fellow, Ray Stanz, pulled out a PKE meter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cGuys, the ectoplasmic reading is gone!\u201d he said to the Ghostbusters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cLike I was telling you, not a ghost! An alien form this watch gives me!\u201d snapped Ben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
