The Lord of the Decepticons’ holo-form, a much better version than my first attempt. I’d say he looks good in a suit.
Originally an Autobot hero from the Great War, Megatronus Pax was led to the Dead-End of Polyhex on Cybertron and saw the amount of Empties that wore the Decepticon badge. He found a secret gladiatorial ring in the Decepticon capital of Kaon and rose up to the rank of champion, soon coming across the Badge of the Decepticons, the counter for the Matrix, and stole it for himself. He arranged for a few Decepticons to escape the Stockade and stole a ship, the Harbinger, and made his way to Earth, now Mobius. Eventually, Optimus discovered Megatronus’ new allegiance and position as the new Decepticon Supreme Leader. With that title and position came a new name, Megatron, Lord of the Decepticons and Master of Dark Energon, Optimus’ main nemesis. Because of his use of Dark Energon, it leaves him looking almost corpse-like, despite being still very active.
The transformation sequence for the Lord of the Decepticons.
Now we go to the leader of the Decepticons. In-universe, Megatron is the middle child of Optimus and Ultra Magnus. He was once an Autobot hero during the Great War, but…well, you’ll see when you look upon his robot mode. His vehicle mode is a type-7 land-shark tank, built by G.U.N’s top weapons scientists and spearheaded by Shadow himself.
This wasn’t the first time I attempted a hedgehog holo-form for Optimus. Though, it’s plainly obvious that I need work on the quills. They look like they’re sticking out to the side. If anyone can direct me to a Shadow Quillstyle view tutorial, that would be splendid.
Much like the IDW comics, the Transformers can generate a “solid-light” avatar, a “holo-form” made of lights and forcefields that can keep up the disguise more effectively. They can control how the holo-form acts in either mode, but vehicle mode is preferred as projecting it in robot mode is more energy-intensive and it has a tendency to glitch out.
And here’s Optimus Prime from Transformers: Mobian Chronicles. Did you guys know drawing robots was hard?
Bio: A bit of a hothead, Optimus is the youngest bot to ever hold the title of Prime. He and a few Autobots he had selected had originally landed on Mobius to clear Jazz of Court Martial charges, but then it was discovered that Eggman, the main enemy of Sonic the Hedgehog, had been stealing t-cogs from the dead that had originally fought on Mobius when it was Earth. Now, he fights against his brother, Megatron, and his Decepticons to save Mobius and the universe from darkness.
Do I even need to say where I got the inspiration from?
We now go to a few images from my longest running series, Transformers: Mobian Chronicles. As the title implies, the Transformers land in Sonic’s world. In this universe, much like the original Archie Sonic comic, the Xorda mutated Earth’s animals and now it is renamed Mobius. I’ve tweaked things around for Mobius as humans and Mobians now coexist.
In universe, Optimus’ vehicle mode is an Urbana Saber 350, a six-seater sports car of Mobius.
