Sam Williams is the twin brother of Tom and the son of Emily and Joshua. He lives with his family at 2978 Angel Robe Drive, Beyond City 960792. He’s a flyboy through and through, becoming a Beyond City Air Force Captain and then gaining a Crystal Driver (Sludgiona’s invention) like his cousins, Kaede and Kaitlyn. Because Josh called him a Tasmanian Devil when he was a boy, he became Kamen Rider Devil. He enjoys swordplay, flying, and rose gardening like his mother. He’s engaged to a girl called Miranda, but the Author’s forcing the wedding to be postponed until he’s defeated.
