The bigger sister to Hally’s classmate, Vahula, Julanti was held back after failing a critical exam to promote her from Greenling to Witchling, where the future Protectorate earns their hair flower. After that blunder, she sought power of a different kind, power with her family’s oldest ally, Zeromega! Now she’s his “trusted” right hand woman. So far, she’s kept her ambitions well hidden from her “master”.
