Here’s the resurrected Rusty with a sex-change! As you can see, I improved the colors from the original shell. I also wanted to keep the armaments of a Dalek in the design of her new outfit. The only issue I had was cropping as I made the original picture just barely too big for the scanner.
Davros, why must your children be so detail oriented?
Bio:
Rusty is an unusual case amongst the ultimate racists. He was an average Dalek until a battle left him adrift in space. His power source was cracked and leaked radiation. It broke a piece of programming that prevented Rusty from feeling anything but hatred against non-Daleks. Seeing the birth of a star made Rusty realize that life will always come back despite the Daleks’ best efforts.
He was picked up by a ship and made the crew an offer; fix him up and he will help the humans fight the Daleks. The crew agreed and set to work. Sadly, the work damaged the creature inside and so the Doctor had to intervene. The Doctor, Clara, and a couple of crew members shrunk down and went inside the casing to fix Rusty. They fixed the crack, but without the radiation affecting him, Rusty fell back on his old programming.
Clara convinced the Doctor to restore Rusty’s memory of the star’s birth and linked his mind with the creature. The Dalek saw what made up the Doctor, but latched onto his hatred of the Daleks and so went on a murderous rampage against the Dalek rescue party.
Over time, he joined a newly formed Unified Nebular Intelligence Task force, UNIT. He had made friends with an old member and a figurehead called Brigadier Alistair Gordon Lethbridge-Stewart; a formerly dead man now restored as a Cyberman. Now Rusty acts as a Colonel and fights alongside the Brigadier.
A recent adventure resulted in his meeting of Princess Megumi and her Vortex Riders, from other universes. He, along with the Brigadier, joined the Vortex Riders as Tech Support and manage the gateway on Vorton.
Pestilence’s Rider Form.
Kamen Rider Pestilence! You are infected with the disease of defeat!
I was hesitant to post this one, given what’s going on. But, she’s part of Megumi’s friends and I can’t ignore that.
Bio:
Sickness is a constant in any universe and none can escape it. Yes, an excellent immune system can stave it off, but even the best immune system can be caught off guard. Pestilence serves to remind us of that fact.
Personality-wise, think Shockwave, but with ethics and a moral code. She’s the scientist among the Four Horsemen, her specialty being biology. Even she can see the logic in ethics and emotions. It was those factors that let her obtain the Languorem Ring to become Kamen Rider Pestilence.
She helps War, Famine, and Death to train Lacey Thanatos to be Kamen Rider Apocalypse to help Megumi Hishikawa stop Lord Vortech and Megumi’s father, Hiro Adachi.

Bio:
Since the dawn of most civilizations, there has been a conflict in some manner that brews into all out warfare. Be you from a culture hailing peace or one that is steeped in battle, this lady has been involved. War is the smithy of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse and has crafted many weapons.
One such weapon was the Foundation Saber, a sword made from the flesh off of Lord Vortech’s face, hence why he has a mask. Over time, Vortech had carelessly thrown it away and briefly enticed War to join him. One of her soldiers informed her of Vortech’s duplicity in that she was promised eternal battle, but Vortech had no intention of keeping that promise. When she found out, she promised to bring the very aspect she embodies to Lord Vortech.
A temperamental force of nature, she is NOT, repeat, NOT one to be trifled with. Even Klingons hold her in respect and fear. Now, with Vortech making his move, and the Bellum Driver given to her by Death, thus making her Kamen Rider War, War helps her fellow Horsemen train Lacey Thanatos at After Academy to become Kamen Rider Apocalypse.

Kamen Rider Famine! I shall starve you of victory!
Bio:
Starvation hits everyone, everywhere. Thus, Famine is around to try and fulfill her hunger, and an eternal one, at that.
Not the most physically strong of the Four Horsemen, but her jaws bite into anything. And with Death, War, and Pestilence around, she’s a force to be reckoned with. Now, she works as a teacher at After Academy to help Lacey become Kamen Rider Apocalypse. With the Essurio Driver in hand, she’s now Kamen Rider Famine.

Presenting my version of the Grim Reaper.
Bio:
Everyone has an appointment with her. She is a constant multiversal force of nature. But, even she cannot break certain rules, such as influencing herself onto life. Over the ages, she’s developed an affinity for the human race and started finding out what makes life tick since she knows what makes it stop doing so.
With her fellow Horsemen of the Apocalypse, she helped the Vortonians create the idea of a transformation belt. She, War, Pestilence, and Famine then started a school for both living and dead to attend called After Academy. She had many students throughout her existence, offering them a chance to learn from her whether they’re alive or dead. Her recent student, Lacey, is learning more than the average student so she could become the fabled Fifth Horseman of the Apocalypse, Kamen Rider Apocalypse.
After hearing about Vortech rising and getting his hands on the Foundation Elements, Death built her own transformation belt, the Mortem Driver to become Kamen Rider Death. She made three more after that and now trains Lacey on top of her own duties.
She’s actually very sociable and loves the Discworld series by the late Sir Terry Pratchett. He was one of the few that followed his crest, Non Timetis Messor (Don’t fear the Reaper).
